I am not the type to write bad Reviews but this time I’m completely pissed off. I waited in line for 15 minutes behind the truck to be told that to order in a drive-through takes 25 minutes. When I only get a 30 minute lunch break.

Do not come here! Went 20 minutes out of my way to go here and it does not exist! Followed a billboard and the google listing to the address and they moved without updating the business address!!!

This was my first time trying Fatburger and it great! The food was fresh, hot, and seriously delicious. What really made the experience stand out though was the service. Johnny, personally checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for and valued as customers. That level of hospitality really made the visit memorable.
Great food + outstanding service = an easy 5 stars.
Really good burgers! First time having Fatburger and now we are fans! It’s kind of out the way for us, but it’s a trip worth making. For the price and quality it can’t really be beat! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I visited your establishment and placed an order at 7:41 PM for an original meal with skinny fries and a burger with only pickles, relish, mustard, and cheese. When I received my order, the burger had lettuce on it, which I did not request.
I returned the burger and observed the employee remove the lettuce by scraping it off instead of preparing a fresh burger. When the burger was handed back to me, I asked if it was the same burger and the employee confirmed that it was. I expressed concern because this is not proper food safety practice and requested a new burger. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable with my food being remade and requested a refund instead.
My issue was not resolved until 8:04 PM, and I was then asked to return the fries and drink as well. The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about food handling standards and customer service.
I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that staff are reminded of proper food safety and customer service procedures. I would also appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been addressed.

Our server, Imania, was kind and exceedingly quick with the transaction at the point of sale. She asked a few questions to confirm my order because I am vegan & allergic to dairy, such as whether they could offer their (very good) vegan cheese on top of the already fantastic Impossible Burger. She is an example of why fast-food or dining-in options, such as Fatburger, don't need to come at the expense of quality service and food. Imania was fantastic, and y'all should definitely consider any positive review written during her shift as proof of such.
