I had a great experience at this store ever. Reshard took my order, and got it right. he waited trill i got my wallet lol. Deondre cooked my food and it was amazing! Wille gave me great hospitality and was very friendly. I was greeted by all of them and they gave me excellent service. Look forward to coming back!

fries were not crispy at all
I went to this restaurant on December 11, 2025, and it was the worst fast food experience of my life. This store was open until 11 PM, I arrived at 10:45 PM, and the girl who served me was extremely indifferent; it seemed like she didn't like that I was ordering. The tables were all dirty, I had never seen that in a fast food restaurant, all the tables were greasy. When it came time to deliver my order, the girl at the register didn't even look at me. It was my first time at Five Guys, I went on the recommendation of friends, but I don't know if I will be a customer of this chain again. The first impression was horrible.

We saw a worker go thru a purse that looked left behind at a table. not sure why he didn't take it to the back if it was his.. bad vibes. Another worker talked to some ladies at a table the entire time also. 5 guys was 3 but only 1 working. And he should get a raise

The staff is very attentive in assuring great customer service. Was quite tasty they completely went overboard with the fries as usual. I would like to thank the staff for meeting Great Expectations! I looked forward to the next visit!
