Excellent quality in all its preparations. Variety in the type of food, they have plenty to choose from and everything is very fresh.
It reminded me of the good bakeries in Venezuela.
Prepares Venezuelan and Colombian bakery. Very good option to choose from.
The spiciness they have in vacuum plastic bags is unbeatable, a good degree of spiciness that adds good flavor to the food.
And the good treatment by the staff who are very friendly.

I heard such good things about this place and I got to say I was pretty disappointed! I wanted to take my partner out for a nice dessert and I feel like it ruined our night! The girls behind the counter were too busy talking to each other and not paying attention to the guest. We bought three different cakes all of them were stale and tasted like they were the day old stuff with refrigeration taste as well & pretty tasteless too! Waste of money and never will go back there again!!!

The bakery usually does a pretty good job of making good food and getting everyone’s order ready. But they’ve gotten a part of my order wrong on several occasions, including today. And then today there was a limited item that I ordered first while I was ahead in line but it was given away to someone behind me because they wanted to try and get through people too quickly. It’s frustrating when things like this happen and makes me not want to visit this location

Food is always good I have come to Fortuna for years my favorite is the one in hunters creek. But this young lady in this location was very unprofessional and was ignoring the guests in front of us. She messed up their order and they nicely asked to get it fixed she ignored them and kept talking on the phone. She had a horrible face and kept talking on her phone instead of attending and being nice to the guests. Another girl had to come out and attend because she ignored the people in front of us and the rest of the line. Some people even walked out. The phone was more important but the attitude was the worse.

Andrea helped me out a lot, she recommended me a variety of different empanadas and they were all yummy. Please don’t hestitate to go and enjoy an amazing warm experience. Honestly all the staff was splendid.
