I went to Joe's Crab shack this afternoon. The hours said the restaurant was open 12 to 9. But when I got there at 2 the place was closed. Now at 3pm, they just opened. That's not right at all. False advertising. Ended up going somewhere else. I'll never come back again. 40 minute drive from my area. Such a waste!

Worst experience. I admit I haven’t been to one in two years but the taste of the food was awful compared to my last few trips. The waiters nasty smelling cologne overpowered everything and I even started to taste it. The shrimp scampi was leathery and no taste except for the cologne. Don’t get me started on the crab boil. I will not be back. I took the left overs with me to be nice but it’s going in the garbage. $117 not well spent. I am in the car now and still smell the cologne. Yuck!

had the best time at this place! our server, Kristen was so good, and joined in on our craziness! food was top notch, we sat outside, the little guy with us played on the playground, so we all had the best time. Kudos to manager Peggy, your staff is 5 star!!

Her leadership skills are outstanding and her team are always doing a wonderful job to keep the spirit alive. I have allergies and Peggy cooks my meals specifically to accommodate my needs as I am allergic to shrimp. Each and every visit she provides with quality control at the highest level. We always enjoy our experience and we wouldn’t dine with any other location. This Kissimmee location is far better than any other location in the state of Florida.
