Based on previous reviews and my own experience, this location continues to struggle with consistent customer service. Employees often appear unwelcoming and disengaged, giving customers the impression they are out of place. I can’t speak to the quality of the products, as the uninviting atmosphere and uncomfortable interactions caused me to leave before making a purchase. It’s clear the staff would benefit from better training in hospitality and customer care—though genuine kindness is something that can’t always be taught.

I stop here every trip to bring my granddaughters back macrons.

Excellent place for great tasting macarons. Service was great, very sweet lady. Cute place to sit down and have a coffee. 33$ for a box of 8 macarons. Lots of flavors to choose from.

Best macaroons i have had in the States! Thank you for your excellent customer service experience. And the taste mind-blowing! Initial time trying was good this time we came back for a dozen (since we live further out)
Location is difficult to find parking, so be prepared to walk, hit its worth it!
Shop is clean, sweet & totally chic!
