I came here by mistake. But sometimes a mistake turns into a blessing in disguise. The place is a throwback to an old time diner. I've never had a dutch baby before because I've never been to a place that had them on the menu. Thicker than a crepe, but thinner than a pancake, it was so good! The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I will definitely be back for more!

Both my husband and I dined there on Jan 30,2023. He order the Turkey Club plate and I ordered the Chicken Salad Sandwich plate. Within an hour we both became violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea . Would not recommend.

This was our first time visiting and we really loved it, service was great, food was even better. We WILL be back!!!!!
Sad to say it but nothing spectacular, expected better food quality, and yes better breakfast elsewhere. This is a huge missed opportunity. Rethink the menu, increase the portions, or just sell it to someone that will actually do the location justice.

The food is OK. The management is horrible in the kitchen. Managers watching the kitchen fail during service. Inconsist with items. Burnt eggs. Team work is at an all time low. Wouldn't waste my time.

Our family has gone to the Market street diner which is renamed as the hometown diner. We have had the skillets, fantastic lemon ricotta pancakes, the cute pancake strawberry skewers, avocado toast with everything seasoning, waffles and french toast. The decor is so cute and retro and the servers were so nice. Absolutely love it

Market Street Diner is a great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch (right now, they are not open for dinner). Great location downtown, very good selection, and terrific food. Combine that with attentive hostesses and servers and it's a wonderful place to go.

Freshly squeezed orange juice that fills you with nostalgic feelings of a hot summer day in the orange gardens of Sicily. Really loved how real and fresh this orange tasted versus overly processed orange juice bought from a grocery store. Blue berry pancakes were tasty but a bit dry. Scrambled eggs were on point! Home fries were tasty but a bit dry as well. My boyfriend enjoyed his fruit, bacon and toast. Definitely check this restaurant out, this location overlooks the flea market that takes place on Sundays where you can explore each stand and feel overwhelmingly tempted to buy some uniquely created items.
