Got there a little late in the morning and the line was long, took awhile to finally order. Then not realizing exactly how long the line was before we got there, took even longer to get our food. Overall, it took about 30 min for the entire thing. The sandwiches were okay. The bagels, which they are more popularly known for, were pretty good.

Call them to place an order, mention that you'll pay over the phone, and they'll say the cashier will take the call. But the cashier didn't answer. So we went to the store, and the service there was extremely slow!

How did I not know about this place sooner? All their bagels are on point. Salt, Asiago, onion, plain.. I can go on and on. Boxes of Togo italian cookies, pastries in case. Great breakfast or lunch spot.

The bagels are not quite NY bagels, but pretty much the closest I've found since moving from NYC to Florida a few years back. Certainly 100 times better than any supermarket bagels!Unfortunately, they stopped selling pizza, and their NY pizza wasn't bad, either, but too far out of the way to go for just the bagels.They also don't have a lot of things that I've come to expect a bagels store to have, such as a dozen different types of store made cream cheese, lots of fresh deli, other bakery items, etc.(Woe, I miss Utopia Bagels, in Queens!!)Parking: Plenty of parking in this shopping center.
Listen you people who have this place a 4.6 are out of your minds this is not authentic to New York they have pre made egg circles like McDonald’s anywhere in nj or ny you get fresh crack egg on the flat

5 stars for the bagels 3 stars overall because everything else just tasted like butter, salt, a hard thick slab of cream cheese and low quality vegetables . Need options for clean eaters.

Worst service ever! First, they had issues with the card machine and had to pay cash which is not a big deal. After ordering, i had to wait there for over 20 mins and nothing. I noticed people getting their food that came and ordered after me. I approached a worker to ask about my order and again had to wait a while for 3 overpriced bagels and STILL nothing came out. I had to ask the owner fo my order and once again i had to wait a while until i got my order. Im extremely furious for the waste of time of about 1 hour for 3 stupid bagels. Needless to say, i will never go there again and i hope people are ready to waste their whole day waiting for a bagel that doesnt take a long time to get. Thank you for wasting my time!
