Spoke to the manager about an issue with my sandwich. Half of it had all this black burnt stuff on it. And he said that it was normal. Basically insulting my intelligence. He should be fired. Learn how to make a basic Sandwich is not that hard.

We ate here a few times. Food was lovely… especially the cookies😊 We should have checked our bag before we left but our last visit did not have all of our items. My husband saw a member of the team get our items but just wasn’t all put in the bag. Would recommend visiting- some great sandwiches (tuna salad was a hit!) on offer along with soup.

Panera Bread had excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious, and the salad—topped generously with avocado—was fresh and flavorful. Unlike other places, they didn’t skimp on the avocado. The staff at the front were extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant was spotless, with constant cleaning and attention to detail. Their wheelchair-accessible entrance and seating were a big plus, and they even moved a chair to ensure I was comfortable. Five stars—thank you for being so thoughtful and consistent!

I stopped by the Panera Bread in Kissimmee while visiting the area and had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my order came out quickly and correctly. I got the Pick Two with the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and a Turkey Bravo sandwich—both fresh and delicious. The place was clean, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it a nice spot to get some work done while eating.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drink station could’ve used a little more attention—some of the options were out or messy. But other than that, everything was on point. Definitely a reliable stop for a quick, healthy-ish bite in the area.
