I ordered an açaí , but it was served completely frozen—hard as a rock. That alone is already unacceptable, and with a plastic spoon, it was impossible to eat. I would have to wait a long time for it to thaw before being able to consume it.
When I spoke to the attendant, Josh, his reaction was dismissive, as if to say “that’s how it is,” and that nothing could be done. He showed no interest in addressing the issue or offering a solution, which came across as unprofessional and unprepared.
I used to be a regular customer at this place, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

This location will not honor coupons or promotions ever. Ordered food online and tried to add the free smoothie promotion. The app did not allow me to add the promotion. When I asked the cashier to order the smoothie, she stated that she cannot unless I order food which I already did through the app. She still refused tho honor the promotion and stated that her manager would get angry if she did. When I asked to speak their manager to see if they had the authority to honor the promotion. She said that the managers were not present. If the location is participating in the promos rooms they should be able to honor them regardless of app issues when a customer comes in to pick up their order.

This Tropical Smoothie location was cute.
I've never seen smoothies cheaper. The fruit was fresh and it was a solid smoothie.
Service was good, my smoothie was ready when I arrived.
I also ordered the homeless man a smoothie as well because of how inexpensive they come out to at this location. Weird thing is that the employee didn't even acknowledge that I ordered one for him, either she's not having a good day, or he comes around very often and they're bothered.

I order something separately from the coupon I got so I was trying to delete the transaction and add the free smoothie. The young lady said she didn’t know how to do it and her manager was on break with a very unhappy face and body language smh Looks like there is a lady training at the register Maybe need management team little bit more training for the employees As a customer, I don’t wanna hear certain things

The food was delicious and prepared quickly, making it a perfect stop for a fresh and satisfying meal. Service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Smoothies were good, but I ordered a wrap version of the salad I wanted,because they didn't have bowls. It seemed like they just microwaved the whole wrap, because it was steaming hot (slimy hot lettuce and crunchy dry tortilla 🤢.) I asked, and they assured me that's how it was supposed to be.
I chose this location to provide food for our team of youth athletes staying at Coronado Springs and I’m so glad I did! Their communication, attention to detail and customer service was excellent. When you are responsible for feeding a hungry team in a specific time frame, it can be stressful! But the team at this location can through for us and I highly recommend!

So I got the Thai chicken wrap asked for extra Thai sauce on the side and neither got it on the side or inside. Anyone who has gotten the Thai knows the sauce is orange and can pool on the bottom but there was absolutely none. I was starving so I ate it but today just hasn’t been my day. That was my last piece and there was no sauce from bottom to top.
