Ate there two days ago and had a salad came back tonight for same salad and was totally different.. consistency is a factor in a successful business... different person working today and different food was served..not near as good as the one made two days ago....

This is the second time we have ordered a cheese quesadilla off the kids menu and it contained chicken. The quesadilla was for a vegetarian. The first time we went she took a bite Of the quesadilla and noticed it had chicken in it and spit it out immediately. This is the second time we ordered a cheese quesadilla and again it contain chicken. I’m glad I checked the quesadilla before the vegetarian took a bite out of this one. They need to be more mindful of reading the checks so this does not occur to somebody else. we tried giving you guys a second chance and that’s the last chance you guys get. We will not be returning to this location

Called, and they would NOT take my order over the phone. According to the manager of the store, they only do orders over the app. So I called the store on 192 over by margaritaville, and they took my order over the phone. The lady who took my order apologised for my experience at the Celebration store and she gave me a discount on my order. Stay away from the Celebration store just go to the next one.

Carry out - order is perfect and the flatbread was delicious, as usual.It wasn't ready when I got there but, was ready within like 2 minutes. They were also very friendly.

Got the Caesar salad. Looks, and taste so fresh!The strawberry banana chocolate smoothie is huge, and delish! And it came with a side of a banana. The atmosphere is decent. And the service was great!

Filing complaint with health department. Chicken is cold, smoothie taste like it has some type of metal cleaner in it.

Was highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism from one of the employees today. She was standing in the front screaming in the face of another employee. It was dramatic, uncalled for, and she should be embarrassed. It was baffling and blatantly disrespectful. I will say though, the employee getting yelled at handled it exceptionally well. Genuinely surprised it didn’t turn into a screaming match. The owners here should be upset. It was an incident I’ve never heard of before and you could see how uncomfortable the other staff and customers were.

Three strikes and your out. How is that your completely out of every single food item when you just opened? You also can't issue a refund unless the "boss is around". This place has such a quick turnover for employees and none of them clearly care. As a celebration resident, this sucks because it's so close to our home, but I'm tired of being ripped off by this location. Will not be returning

I'm​ a frequent customer bc they're food quality is good BUT they've botched two recent orders and then provided me contradictory information as to how the credit matter would be handled. My order today was $46.90 and it was online for curbside. Curbside didn't happen and shorted me multiple items including an entree. On a previous order that they screwed up they told me they would credit my credit card however today with this most recent botched order they said no they can't do that but they can give me a Z card for a future visit which will be applied against my order for free food but only to make up the items I was short today not from my previous order .
