I went to What-a-burger today around 11:30 AM. The wait time was next to nothing. The service was amazing. Honestly, I had a smile on my face from the sweet lady running the intercom all the way until another sweet lady handed me my food with a lovely smile on her face. Both ladies were just the sweetest. Already my experience was wonderful just from the customer service. They could have handed me a completely wrong order and I would have still enjoyed my visit. But to my surprise, the food was SO good. My number 4 combo looked like it had just had a photoshoot done for a commercial. Fries=hot and fresh. Burger= super neat, still hot, and fresh. Somebody's mama was whipping it up back there making my food with love. Even my diet coke was CRISP. Anyways, the staff during this time needs a raise because that was truly the best fast food experience I've had in a very long time. 💗

Not sure about the hype! Food was okay and the service is terrible, they give you a number and then they stand at the counter and yell out your number. One customer didn't respond and the server had to walk around looking and after he found the guy he talked crap about him to another customer. Maybe he should concentrate on cleaning the tables after someone leaves. Every table was dirty and you have to ask for napkins to clean off your own table. If I am spending 15.00 at a fast food joint at least keep the dining area clean.

Typically great Whataburger with great food and service. The only drawback is that cellphone access here is poor, due to no fault of the restaurant. This means that you have trouble using the Whataburger app. I quit even trying to use the app at this Whataburger because of frustration on past visits.

Whataburger has become another corporate conglomerate, it's not about customer service anymore, it's about selling a product anyway you can, they really need to review their hiring practices

The manager working tonight on 12/14 was absolutely amazing! We haven’t ate here in months because the service was bad and the food was never right, but tonight was perfect!
We ordered and sat down and our food was brought to us almost immediately and he was hyping the cooks in the back!

There has not been a single time I have ordered food from here and it came out in a reasonable time. Rather drive through, go inside, or order online. Online orders don’t get worked on until you show up for pick up. I get my food faster for Applebees and chilis much MUCH faster than this place. Half the employees seem like they just don’t care and the other half seem like they are on drugs. They take well over 20 minutes to get the food out. This place needs their employees trained, retrained, and on the same page. Super disappointed with everything at this location here in Century, Florida.
