I went to What-a-burger today around 11:30 AM. The wait time was next to nothing. The service was amazing. Typically great Whataburger with great food and service. The only drawback is that cellphone access here is poor, due to no fault of the restaurant. This means that you have trouble using the Whataburger app. I quit even trying to use the app at this Whataburger because of frustration on past visits.
Whataburger has become another corporate conglomerate, it's not about customer service anymore, it's about selling a product anyway you can, they really need to review their hiring practices
