I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a few years when it was called Osteria. It’s under new ownership now but with the same chef and staff. I wish them every success as we really need a good Italian food restaurant in this area. They open daily as of 4 pm now no lunch service. They have done some slight redecorating and added booths as well as rearranged the tables etc. The waitress welcomed me back and told me it’s new ownership but everything is great. I was excited. In order my usual chicken piccata. It looked amazing! However it was very disappointing. The chicken is frozen and rapidly dethawed hence a rubber texture. One filet was palatable the other I could barely cut and when I finally got my knife through it and put it in my mouth I had to spit it out. Sorry to sound this descriptive and gross but it was awful.To the new owners: frozen meats in any restaurant is never good. Use fresh meats and vegetables and you’ll go a long way. I don’t think the prior owner used a lot of fresh items either perhaps because it’s usually tourists and they don’t care I’m also certain it’s more costly as you don’t want to throw away food but I doubt I’ll return after this experience and will have to go to Celebration or Claremont.

This place is soo good. We had the brick oven pizza and the chicken alfredo and both were amazing! The staff was very attentive and made us feel so welcome. So glad we found this place and definitely will be coming back.
Foodies beware! You will become obsessed with this restaurant. It is hands down some of the best food we have had in a while. We loved everything we tried, the wide variety of dishes was delightful. Everyone in the table was happy with their selections, all I heard were good comments about it. Another good aspect was the excellent customer service we received, everyone was nice and helpful especially the managers. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. Overall, it was all memorable. I highly recommend Palma Italian Kitchen.

Such a fun and bright atmosphere, perfect for a night out with a date, friends, family, whoever you choose. I really loved the mushroom truffle pizza and the cocktail menu had a nice variety to pick from. Service was awesome, really attentive and knowledgable.

I came in for the first time with my husband and we will definitely be back. The server was busy but made sure to check in with us throughout the evening and didn’t let us get thirsty. Very friendly and the food was great. The chicken parm was delicious! 10/10 recommend.

Please get the margarita pizza. Might be my favorite in all of Florida. If you have a kid or need to make one up don’t sleep on the chicken fingers. They are actually really good. Top notch service. I will be a repeat customer when I’m back in town.
