The reviews are speaking for themselves. My issue is one of your staff being rude af! She acts as if she knows who I am, rolled her eyes when my card declined ONCE then whilst waiting on me turned to her male coworker and said some remark under her breath. Not only that my burger came RAW. I’m a regular here almost every day bc I work at the hospital and it’s the closest cheapest option. Very disappointing.

I have been a customer here as we are staying in FSH campus(staff housing). My only complaint is that the tender chicken is often overcooked and has a darker color, as if it were fried in old oil. The last time, two of the five tenders I've had have is good. This has happened several times. Please investigate this matter and ensure that it doesn't happen again.

I’m so tired of spending my money on stale garbage. I am not coming back this time. Bread cold and stale. Then you don’t get you receipt back smh. Just awful. Then the number is fake so you can’t even resolve the issue if you can’t go back right then (work). The girl at the window had the worst attitude for nothing. Just woke up wrong. The owner needs to send fake customers up there to see the real. Smh

This Hardee's gets worse every time ago. Priduct is old and cold and extremely greasy. For the prices you would think you would get better. I'm done.
Last Saturday July 13th 2024 I bought a monster burger with only cheese and pickles the manager was there was unprofessional she took my burger and only gave me $12 back and but didn't give me the $8 back that was so rude she had attitude I will never go back to the Hardee's in Chattahoochee ,Florida ever again after the shift manager stolen my $8 she need to be fired.

This was our 1st time at any Hardee's. It was after 1pm, which isn't the best time to visit a restaurant. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. There weren't too many people in the dining room when we got there, however more when we left. The drive-thru kept them hopping.
We had a small hamburger combo and 3 chicken strips. The food was hot, seasoned, tasty, and delish ? (the hamburger was a bit skimpy)
Guess we won't be pass by Hardee's again.

Fries were cold after waiting longer than normal for my food. Cola was watery and burger was over cooked and just so, so. Only the drive thru was open at 8:30 in the evening.
