This is one if not the worst hardees there is between Marianna and Quincy. The food is awful because it tastes like it's been sitting for hours in the hotbox, fresh beef, more like burnt roadkill, 1/2 the time they don't get the order right order a chicken wrap get a chicken sandwich. If you like fresh don't go to the hardees in chattahoochee but if you like old fresh soggie buns on old burgers this is the stop for you

We was on the way back from a trip and stopped by for a late dinner, We was going through the drive through and the lady who was operating it did not say anything for 5 minutes so I said “Hello” she than rudely yelled at me through the microphone saying “Jesus give me on minute sir” lady it’s been 5 minutes I was just trying to see if anyone was even there, This is the closest fast food place to where i live but i will never be back to this location ever again. there’s a nice new mexican restaurant that opened up down the street. I will go there instead or subway. that lady was rude, Hostile for no reason and frankly unwarranted. This happened at 8:20pm est during 9-9-25.

Wanted a burger and fries. I got a burger but they didn't have any fries. Not even to cook. Umm what fast food establishment doesn't have fries to cook. Its the whole point. They also said they didn't have Ketchup or mayo. Disappointed.

My drive-thru order of 2 for $5 breakfast biscuits last Friday was so hard and overcooked that I could not eat it. There ws no receipt, Google and other online info had the wrong phone number, so I went there today (Monday) to get a replacement. They were rude and didn't care. Hardee's used to be decent, but no more.
