Used the drive thru, told to pull up, with 1 car already waiting, expected to get fresh food...got the complete opposite. My fish sandwich was cooked so hard I have a video where I couldn't even break a piece off of it. Seems it had been sitting & was thrown back in the fryer instead of cooking a fresh one. Laziness!! My grandsons burger was not done in the middle. None of us had lettuce...guess after 7pm they were too lazy to go to the back & get more with it so close to closing time. Again, laziness!! I even had the one working the drive thru asked me for a smoke & I gave her 2...could have at least made sure, after the long wait & $50 fast food bill, the food was right! Not a big fan of Arby's, only go when they have the fish sandwich & now they've ran me away from that too.

The food is delicious but for some reason I recieved the smallest pieces of chicken on my sliders of any time I've eaten Arby's. I always get a couple sliders on the side of whatever meal I get.

So turns out they are closed for construction. No one answered the drive thru so I went in. When I went back out I see they have garage sale signs around but not very noticeable. Why wouldn’t you have a sign on the drive thru? I was looked at like I was stupid by those inside but really which of us were the stupid one?

I wish they had negative stars so one day my car stopped I was letting it cool off in Arby's parking lot and I was sitting in the car on the side of my car cause it was super hot that day I was going to drive it to the shop the employee a bigger white female came to my car looking all inside and then tired to open up my door that's crazy me and my family used to spend money there now my family and friends won't spend a dime there anymore i guess she was looking for her some drug sorry we don't do that here

So I did my order online unfortunately it doesn't give us many options which I was unaware of however I was ordering n pulling in same time so I pull up drive thru and I said hi I have n online order the lady says well give us a while we make burgers to order I said ok n on the fries I don't want salt she got n attitude n got rude n said ur fries are already made I said we'll I don't want salt on them so she first said pull to the curve n then when I said no salt she got mad n said go park n a spot n WHENEVER THERE DONE WITH ATTITUDE WE WILL BRING THEM OUT I SAID OK ...n so I got my food fries was good I saw the receipt her name was lori so now I bite in my burger on the app I asked no sauce add mayo so I called n I ask if 8 could speak to a manager SAME LADY she says I'm the manager for now I say ok n I explained what happened and she says I'm really busy don't know what to tell u I said ok I'm coming up there now I'm mad she so rude n disrespectful n I'm not having that so I pull up to the drive thru again and I say yes here for the remake she starts getting loud saying on the order it didn't say no sauce so I say ok I don't want sauce are u not gonna remake my order she smart Ellec says pull around then this very nice girl named tierra says the app doesn't give u guys choices but I will remake ur burger the way I would like it n she explained next time look at app carefully she was so nice n professional bit that other lady I understand being busy but being rude I will not tolerate at alll it's not the first time she has done it it's just my first time fighting back I won't stand fir it none she might think she high n mighty cause no one has handled her professionally n proper but I promise u she got the right one today cause everything u say n do others are effected by it n if the manager keeps on keeping her there business will go elsewhere it starts from manager making right decisions n arbys isn't a place for n attitude problem it's a place to enjoy food n great customer service I bet she making her whole crew miserable n upset with her attitude problem n that ain't right I'm from panama city n they have more customers n smile n talk nice she has a serious problem
