Nice place to stop in and get a bite to eat. Prices were good and staff was very helpful. There is plenty of parking and it is an easy on-off from I-10. We stayed with some basic sandwiches and had a good meal.

Stood there for 10 minutes they all saw me there said be with you in a minute ok they weren't even busy 1 customer in the store 1 in the drive thru 4 people working the manger came over said are you ording I said yes and started to give her the order she no mama you have to wait I said ok then the other girl said the same thing to me I waited another couple minutes and still they didn't get to me or my order so I left i think you need better help. And friendly staff .

The last time I went there a friend was going through the drive thru and I tried to preorder online it was 1030pm didn't know cut off for online prepay had to be done well before 10pm the app decided to schedule my food for 7pm Tuesday when I ordered it Saturday night bah humbug stupid shit huh. And at that time had to rely on friends that had a vehicle because I had been without a vehicle for 3 months.

But I kept them updated with the order number and name I ended getting it on Thursday afternoon and I wanted it Saturday Lol. They were nice a about it and it worked. Just remember order it way before 10p. If you want it that night

Shameful
Sitting at home watching my favorite sitcom, when a Arby's beef steak sandwich commercial come on. I decided to drive 5 miles to my closes Arby's. Ordered the sandwich, paid almost 9 $ after tax for it. Paid with a ten , cashier handed my change and said our receipt printer is down. OK. Got my sandwich and went back home to my favorite sitcom. Ready now to dig into that beautiful steak sandwich I saw on the commercial. To my dismay it was a mashed, soggy, hogie bun with some type of white goo in the middle. No resemblance of Arby's commercial.
Returned the sandwich the next day in original wrapping and Arby's bag. Manager told me without a receipt, no refund.
I wish to congratulate the store manager. You got me. Basically stole from me. I can guarantee that's the last doller you get from me.....
