There were only two other tables when we got there. My daughter and myself ordered steaks the server let us know there were no steaks as they were froze. Ok I get it I've worked in restaurants many years things happen so we change our order. Ordered two salads with our meals, the salad bar consisted of lettuce tomatoes and a choice of three dressings. It took over a hour to get two burgers chicken strips and catfish. The catfish was not done at all and the rest of the food was luke warm at best. The server was sweet and made sure our drinks were filled but that was the only good thing at this meal.

Took 45 to 50 minutes to get our simple order. Fried fish and cold jumbo burger and fries...Waitress said we were lucky to get it this fast..wth...restaurant was empty ..Ketchup had so much added water in it ...after I complained she said when the empty Heinz bottles were washed water must ha e been left in them a half a bottle of water not likely...Never eat here...Again..!

Very disappointed waited over an hour for a hamburger and fries. Waitress was horrible the lady that was wrapping the silverware was coughing and never turned her head or tried to cover her mouth, and I still left a tip but boy I sure didn't want to. Would give zero star's but don't have one of those.

The title suggests many people like the smell of cigarette smoke. It is a violation of Florida law. We voted against it probably 20 years ago; nevertheless it is a strong odor of the employees smoking at the door so it blows in on us innocent patrons who don't care for it. It isn't the patrons since we would see them smoking. This restaurant normally serves good buffet food. I went there at night and it was like a different restaurant entirely. Not even the same people work there at night. The food is sparse and expensive, waitresses are untrained, the cooks are slow, and worst of all to me, the food was small. I asked if the Philly was a whole meal and was assured it was. After a long wait of more than twenty minutes, the food finally arrived. The place wasn't packed either, and other diners sittlng near me had a long wait as well. The waitresses bring things in the wrong order: no menus right when sitting down. When the food came it was a tiny sandwich about 2-1/2" wide by 7" long with some fries. I got up and asked for napkins and ketchup and told the waitress about the tiny order that was too small to be a meal. I told her I asked her when ordering ( I would have gotten a hamburger to go with it). She asked if I wanted another one. I said that as slow as it took to get that one I did not want to wait that long for a second one. Surely that made them uncomfortable since she never came back to my table and when I went up to pay, she shouted to the cashier that my bill was up there. I ate there the next day for the buffet with a friend and it was a normal restaurant with good service although not as good as it was several months ago. It is obvious that it kept the name but it is not the geat place it was a few years ago. For example, gone is the Friday & Saturday seafood buffet which had reduced quality; they didn't restock the buffet as food ran out as it did in it's heyday.

Waitress did not come back to take order. After 15 minutes waiting I had to fi d her and let her k ow we were ready to order. After ordering we waited another 35 minutes. I asked her about when it would be ready she basically stated that the buffet comes first and we would get our food when they had time. Not friendly or helpful just rude and who cares attitude. If you go there only eat the buffet. The buffet items never change from day to day. Always the same.

I dont know what has happened to this place. We went in at 8:15 and they Look at us like we're crazy I said are yall not open the 2 girls looked at one another and said I don't know. I said well if you don't know if your open we will go somewhere else. It says on the door and internet they don't close til 9pm. So I will not bring my family here to eat ever again.

Visiting from out of town and stopped in to Bailey's Surf & Turf. They had great food, atmosphere, the waiter was AMAZING and all the staff was friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I had a ribeye steak, baked potato and coleslaw. I was really surprised at how good the steak was . It’s a small place but the food is great

I have nothing but positive things to say about this lovely mom and pop nostalgic and quaint small town restaurant. Time and time again whenever I have the chance of dining here, it is always a pleasureable experience. Their popcorn shrimp basket with from-scratch batter is one of my lunch favorites. For dinners, I can never resist a ribeye cooked to perfection with their secret steak seasoning recipe. And, if you happen to patronize their establishment on a day they decide to put their BBQ ribs on the buffet, you are definitely in for a real treat. Bailey's has been a part of my life for over 25 years, and I could never imagine my life without Bailey's in it.
