I don't even know where to start. Every time I've went here it's been absolutely terrible. They even messed up a brown sugar shaken espresso, it's not hard people. They are consistently out of things. I.E. cold foam, strawberry frosted donuts. You ask for light ice and instead of them doing that they just crush up the ice. It's not hard y'all, make our coffees like you're making yours because I know with all you standing around, you have enough time to put effort into what you do.

Bri is the best employee! She always makes my drinks better than anyone else can personally I favor the night shift over the morning they are way more friendly and accurate but Bri has everyone beat. Thanks Bri you make Dunkin 10x better!

Straight gas. Best iced caramel lattes we’ve had from Dunkin. They even crumbled the bacon on my avocado toast (iykyk). They were fast, it was delicious, we are caffeinated. THANKS BIG DAWGS.

Being a business that specializes in breakfast sandwiches, how do you get it so wrong!!!!! Disgusting. I had to throw it out. Waste of money and disgusting food, will never buy food from your location again. You never have bagels either!!!!!!
The donuts 🍩 here are usually pretty good, but every time we go they have nobody cleaning up the setting area! The tables are always grimy with handprints and donut icing everywhere! even the front door handles going in has sticky stuff on them and were kids have placed their hands on the windows and doors. I always have to bring my own wet wipes in to clean my own spot to be able to sit down... And like most places they hire the young high school kids which have no pride in cleaning us and just want to do their jobs behind the counter.. in every business I've ever owned in the past, I always hired someone just to do tables chairs floors and the bathrooms that was their main job.... They definitely should implement this here and it would be a much better experience....

Dunkin' is my favorite coffee ☕️ place. Being a diabetic, I have to skip the donuts 🍩, but when I lived in New England, they had bran muffins. I loved them. For some stupid reason, they don't offer them in the South.
