Ordered a specialty pizza $31.30 got home and dough was still raw, contacted corporate who said they would let the local franchisee know, that was a week ago, crickets terrible customer appreciation, used to be my go-to pizza place they have gone downhill measurably, l will not be patronizing this establishment in Chipley, FL ever again.

Just got home from a 19 hour drive. Exhausted and in need of dinner, I ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza and a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad and asked my husband to go pick it up. He was quite irritated when he arrived home. There was no one behind the register, all employees were in the back. There was a line and orders were being screwed up. My husband had to tell them it was his salad on the line and when he asked for a fountain soda, he was told they were out. When he brought dinner home, the Ceasar Salad had tomato, onion, and breaded chicken in it. It was not a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad as they had on their site. They don't even know how to make their own food. Ridiculous and we won't bother to order from them again.
Nice people, and pizza was ready on time. Had a larger double pepperoni for $10.50.

Just picked up my pizza and got all the way home to discover my fully loaded pizza, 1.99 per topping was just a bland pepperoni and cheese with about 5 pepperoni on it. Check your order before leaving.
