Ordered a specialty pizza $31.30 got home and dough was still raw, contacted corporate who said they would let the local franchisee know, that was a week ago, crickets terrible customer appreciation, used to be my go-to pizza place they have gone downhill measurably, l will not be patronizing this establishment in Chipley, FL ever again.

Just got home from a 19 hour drive. Exhausted and in need of dinner, I ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza and a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad and asked my husband to go pick it up. He was quite irritated when he arrived home. There was no one behind the register, all employees were in the back. There was a line and orders were being screwed up. My husband had to tell them it was his salad on the line and when he asked for a fountain soda, he was told they were out. When he brought dinner home, the Ceasar Salad had tomato, onion, and breaded chicken in it. It was not a Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad as they had on their site. They don't even know how to make their own food. Ridiculous and we won't bother to order from them again.

Just picked up my pizza and got all the way home to discover my fully loaded pizza, 1.99 per topping was just a bland pepperoni and cheese with about 5 pepperoni on it. Check your order before leaving.

Ordered via app for drive thru pickup. Even tho appeared at least 5 staff on duty, took along time to get order plus told to move thru line & form up again by no less than 3 diff staff until told to park & would bring to car. Never could figure out what the delay was.

My husband & I have ordered from this restaurant a lot since relocating here last June. I don't know what's going on but the last couple times we've ordered they made mistakes. For instance, last night my husband orders a large pizza, 1 order of wings & a large Greek salad that was supposed to have been compt because the order before that they charged me $10 for a Greek salad that was basically a garden salad, no feta. He brings home my salad last night, a greek salad with lots of ranch dressing. Ranch?! For a GREEK salad...Wtaf? So we call, they say they'll give us a credit for once again screwing up my salad. Look at my account today, they charged my husband $44 & change, $10 charge for the F'd up salad that was supposed to be compt from the last F'd up salad. I mean seriously, how hard is a salad? We're done spending money here
