Jin Jin might be a small, older-looking restaurant, but the customer service here is always great. The cashier who helped me today was so sweet she even took the time to walk me through the menu since it had been a while since my last visit. While I was waiting for my order, I walked in on a young girl who was upset about her food. She had ordered chicken, broccoli, and rice but believed it wasn’t chicken. Honestly, it looked like chicken to me, but I understand that people can be cautious about what they eat, especially with all the strange stories you hear these days. The mother in me felt for her and wanted to help her calm down. From my own experience, the staff here are hardworking, kind, and always treat me and my family well. Yes, the building is a little run down, but if you have the means, then supporting local shouldn't be to hard to do rather than tearing down. In a small town like Chipley, money is tight, and businesses like this survive on community support.

The food is delicious, fresh, and cooked well every time I’ve been here. If you ever have an issue with your order, I encourage you to handle it kindly instead of posting negative comments or videos online they really are nice people from what I experienced. An thats my take on everything..... let's do better folks!!!

We love the egg rolls and chicken fried rice. It's the best! It's always ready when I get there.

Best Chinese food local you can get. Perfect to take home.

No air conditioning food was not good

I was thoroughly disappointed. I asked for lo mein noodles instead of rice and was given spaghetti noodles instead. I guess they think that we don't know the difference. They were definitely spaghetti noodles and they were over cooked stuck together. I don't mind paying for my food but I feel like I wasted almost $15 on something that I could not eat. Will never get my business again.
