Waited at drive thru to be acknowledged, l went inside to place order. The drive thru never acknowledged me! Once inside, l was acknowledged but slowly. Finally got order and left. Will never visit there in my travels to and from Orlando.

I ordered 8pc chicken for 10.00 from the drive thru on Tuesday June 3rd 2025. The employee said they just had thighs, I said that would be okay. I took it home and the bottom of the container was immersed in oil. The chicken was mushy! Not acceptable!

They were quick in the drive through but unsure of why the lobby was locked at 7pm with no note or indication as to why. I noticed other reviews recently that mentioned the same thing. Maybe it's recurring thing? The food was good but they gave me a tiny bite sized piece of chicken with my 2 piece meal. Also, they absolutely need to spend some money on their landscaping. All of their trees are severely overgrown and most the place look run down and almost abandoned. Not what customers want to see when ordering food. Poor upkeep of the landscaping probably means poor upkeep of the kitchen.

It really was "finger lickin' good" The chicken was very good, the staff is nice. The restaurant's interior is clean and the food came quickly. I haven't actually dined in in years, so it sucked to see the buffet wasn't available anymore but food was still good.

The picture does not portray the inside. There is no buffet. I walked in and didn't know if I could even order inside. I asked if I had to order from the app or if I could order from the counter. I was told it would be cheaper to order from the app. So I sat down and ordered. Several people came in then and ordered they got meals and left. I went over to counter my app was saying it was ready I asked for my order so he started making it. I asked him about my free 2 piece dinner, I was told they don't honor that. Nothing for free. From the time that I ordered and received my order was 25 minutes. I left and went thur the drive thur and ordered another 2 piece dinner. That only took 3 minutes.
Very expensive. I ordered a 3 chicken strip meal. The price was over $10. I got 3 very small strips with a side of Mac and cheese and a fountain drink.

Drive through, yes I’ll have this & that there, that’ll be all. Thank you. Drive around the through-way to the window. Received the bag, yep thanks, see you again. When you’re hungry, you know, and it’s the closest source of food, you buy that KFC. What I didn’t consume, my dog eat upon my returning home. Now the dog wants a ride to Chipley KFC. It was all good, the food that is.
