Don't cook the tenders so long
Chipley, FL Popeyes: dine in is always good and consistent; however, drive through is poor service, inconsistent and never receive all of food. We were excited to get this chain, but since startup, there has been nothing but complaints about the drive through service!
We arrived at 10, opening time. Door was locked, but one of the employees kids was in the lobby and opened the door for us. He was scolded and yelled at for opening the door. We were told they were opening in 5 more minutes. I asked if I could use the restroom while we waited for them to open. My hubby & I were standing by the front door while waiting for them to start serving.
