This might have been the worst Sonic I've ever been to. The car hop was great and very pleasant. The atmosphere was slightly sketchy but that's the neighborhood. The food was the real star of this tragedy, however. The burger patties were very overcooked and looked like they had been in the warmer for hours. The fries were saturated with grease and also did not seem fresh. We chose between Sonic and takeout from the Mexican restaurant across the street and went with this because it seemed faster. In hindsight that was a terrible idea. We won't be checking back in to see if this franchise turns their ship around.

Definitely going downhill lately. Taking longer for orders and tonight's order I tried ordering 2 hot dogs they only put one on my order. No way to go back to the order screen to try to get their attention once the pay screen came up. Mentioned to the car hop, he SLAMS the order in my hand and goes uh huh. Receipt says the car hop's name was ayden. Needs to be taught proper customer service. I don't appreciate attitude because I just pointed it out.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp close to the bathroom, wide doors, and plenty of room to turn and reposition in the restrooms.

We ate at the tables outside. The service was great. Wait was short. Burger was clearly not fresh cooked. I got a burger with bacon. It had 1 piece of Bacon folded in half. Come y’all! You can’t sell a bacon burger with 1 piece of Bacon and a dryed out patty…. Do better.
