We tried to order from the drive through but the AI didn’t understand anything. We ended up with not enough food for everyone because it Kelly going to drink and would go astray that. We got the one drink we didn’t want because it was the only drink it accepted. It practically forced nacho cheese on us no matter how many times we said no. We still left paying for some. It didn’t stop to get the order for cinnamon twists because it went back to drink and then nacho cheese. When we got to the window they weren’t any better. They didn’t listen at all. We left paying for what the AI chose for us. Never again will we go there.

Terrible customer service and not to mention the hairs
I am not by any means one to complain but I was so excited to try the Cool Ranch DLT while it's back and yes while I do know it's a cheaper priced item, this is actually ridiculous. I paid for a giant shell... there isn't even a full scoop of beef in it.š Usually I NEVER have problems with this Taco Bell.

Very unhappy with this place very unprofessional, not very friendly. You can tell itās not the people that own the store that run it you can tell itās the people that do not own the store that work there because if it was the people that own the store that worked there, they would care the people there donāt give a hoot. All they care about is getting their check. They donāt give a rip. Very unfriendly very unprofessional. If it was my restaurant 98% will be fired immediately and I would get decent people to work there.

The employees at Taco Bell have one job and thatās to make the food that you yourself order on the kiosk! And they canāt even do that right! They donāt take your order, they donāt greet you, and they canāt even get your order correct! There are half a dozen employees roaming around. The dining room was a mess too and they werenāt even busy! Taco Bell has tanked since getting all this āself helpā automation. Thumbs down!
