I am proud to make this review as i made my order in panama two days ago to chipley by accident, and i came here today to ask if i can pickup my order because i accidently sent my order here, and you know what the manager came up with a big smile and said lets see what i can do for you. I wanna say thank you to the staff here and the service they provide. If i could give more than 5 stars, i would. Thank you taco bell.
First time in a long time that I've eaten at Toco Bell, and I have to say it was better than I remember the last time. I had to figure out the kiosk, but a staff member was very helpful, and if she wasn't the manager, she needs to be.

11/09/24 I’m 13 weeks pregnant and just recently got out of the hospital from receiving 2 rounds of fluids due to severe food poisoning from this location not only was this the worst I’ve ever felt in my life but it also put my pregnancy at risk

Stopped here on a road trip. Red haired girl, I think her name was "Mckenzie"(?), rude and cursing at customers. Seemed to be hitting on my boyfriend but besides that the food was as expected for a taco bell

This place is disgustingly run. Mangers are rude and do nothing to correct their incompetent workers. One of the workers spit in my drink, I assume it's the red head girl who was taking my order. She kept mumbling insults under her breath. Told the manager, and she just said, "Oh well." They need to get a whole new team because only a few of these workers are actually nice. I really hope someone steps up and sues. I've been hearing a LOT about this one particular employee.

It was drive-through. So, there is no atmosphere to rate. My food was unlike Macdonalds, tho made correctly, and not a hot mess. Went for breakfast, and they don't serve it anymore, tho but o well.
