I had been driving down Hwy 90 for a while and got super hungry. Thank GOD this Waffle House was so close to where I was heading, to Falling Waters State Park. I wanted to leave a review because Jo, my waitress, was so sweet to me and did a lovely job!!!! I was a little scared to go in and bother the staff because it was the middle of the day and nobody else was there, but Jo made me feel welcomed!!!! Thank you for the delish food and warm smiles!!!

Terrible food -service was fast but without manners waitress needs to learn words like thank you excuse me sorry we don’t have . Over head music was so loud she had to raise her voice yo take & give our order. Ask to turn it down she said she’d ask the manager she never did. Over-all ratting 1 and they’re lucky I gave that. Never going back !

Our server was extremely inattentive. Other servers had to pull her weight, and she had to be reminded we hadn’t gotten all of our food even after we finished what we’d already gotten. She assumed we were done and tried to get us to go drinks before all of our food was even out. We chose to take the remaining food to go, and bless whoever took our places in her section. The food is good, consistent with what you can expect from a Waffle House, but avoid Ashley’s section if you have an option to.

Three of us went. All of us had our food incorrect and we found hair in our food. The waffle was super thin and small. Our waiter was probably the only positive in our visit.
I absolutely love the fact everyone is treated with respect and outgoing kindness. On seeing us, a waitress we'd only seen one other time made specific time to say hello even though we weren't in her station. She even mentioned to our server to not forget our military discount!
Waffle House, especially this one in Chipley, FL, is the spot i think of first after a very long morning of barn/horse chores and a hard hunger hits! No one is ever treated poorly or better for how they may be dressed ... up or down! Yes, we love our local Waffle House! 🥰
