So we went to Wendy's in chipley for lunch and ordered 5 of the 4for4s, the guy who took our order charged us 26$ when the meals were only 23$ so he charged us 3$ for the sauce that came with each meal 🤔 so in saying this when you order a 4for4 from Wendy's it comes with sauce ! He sat there and charged us for sauce that came with the meals... and he laughed about it in the background! 😠 😡 😤 THE SAUCE COMES WITH THE MEAL YOU DANG GOOF 😆 ... SO AFTER ALL THAT TROUBLE ANOTHER WORKER ASSISTING US MADE SURE THAT WE WEREN'T CHARGED FOR SAUCE THAT WAS INCLUDED IN OUR MEALS therefore our total cost of our meals was 23$ altogether for 5 of the 4for4s not 26$ SURE GLAD SOMEONE GOT IT RIGHT !!!

Our order was missing fries, the fries we did get were cold. Chicken tenders were cold. And the mgr was outside smoking and on the phone and didn't even wash her hands when she came in. Slow,slow,slow,slow service!!

Dear Windy, I am writing to you to complain about a particular store in Chipley Florida. First, the wait time is unbelievable. Now I will wait for hot food but that's not the problem, it's the wait for someone to take your order that's crazy. The store is 7 out of 10 times always out of something. Today it was Bacon. ( Here is a thought send someone across the road to Walmart and buy some bacon) . I really do not think its the employees because they have always have been friendly but staffing is a problem. Please Windy help a girl out and fix this.

I must admit, I've been to a lot of fast food places and have never seen a worker purposely going around inside of the restaurant asking if everything was ok? And if they needed anything, ketchup, sauces, refills etc etc!!!! Wonderful to see!! I will definitely be back to this one for sure..😁👍 The only other time I have ever seen this kind of service was the McDonald's down in Merritt Island Florida. They had an older lady in her '80s that's all she did was wait on guest, clean tables, mop floors and keep the restrooms in order while everyone could visit and enjoy!! 😁 that place was spotless!!!!

Manager lied to me and said they closed at 12:00 when it says on the website they close at 1:00 broke the frosting machine down an hour before they were supposed to close and then told me they only they could they break it down 30 minutes before they close no frosties always having issues with this Wendy's

Tried to call I stopped in today and first they gave me the wrong drink I ordered coke for sprite.not a big deal on that part but the sprite tasted like dirty sink water with bleach to me
8/31/25 1:50pm: The woman with the brown hair in a bun at the register needs a major attitude adjustment. If you hate your job absolutely that much, then quit.
ALSO. I returned my fries because they were cold, soggy and had some thin fragment-like pieces of what looked like plastic or something in them. There were only a few. Another customer returned their fries right before me. As I was waiting another female customer that just finished ordering food let me know she put my fries and the other gentlemans fries BACK ON THE WARMER! I touched the fries with my hands... I even pulled out a fry at the counter to show the woman the little piece of foreign onbject on it. I manage restaurants. Reselling food that has already been distributed to a consumer IS ILLEGAL TO RESELL. I physically touched the fries infront of the worker and she still put them back up there. This is seriously concerning for public safety and proper food handling. Will be contacting the Florida Health Department and letting them know of this, and Wendy's corporation. (Also mind you the young girl at the fry station saw her place both fries back up there and said nothing. So this really concerns me at how often this happens)

Came here to get a bite to eat after getting out of the hospital. It was a bit of a wait, but the closing manager and closing associate went above and beyond to make my fiancé and I happy customers. The food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Wendy’s location over Marianna any day.
