Food was cold but air was colder. Dirty and the staff did not appear to want to work. The soda machine was out of most drinks.

The lemonade was great, but when I was eating my burger that should only have cheese and ketchup on it, I found a burnt rubbery orange piece of something in my food. Idk what it was, but this is pathetic.

Asked for two signatures sauces at the window and told the guy he could add the price to the total, which he did, then did not give me the sauces, just took the money. Also everytime we come they never give our straws it’s ridiculous. How hard can working at a fast food restaurant be. Just lazy and slow

Worst restaurant I never been to. Rude & very slow workers, cold and nasty food, can’t get orders right. Cold outside and colder inside since they didn’t have the heat on for their customers. Food and service is trash and needs to be shut down because they fail ever aspect of a restaurant business.

Absolutely the worst. The worker were so rude. We asked them to turn down the blasting music so we could converse amongst us but that didn't happen. The drink tasted like soap and smelled like cleaning supplies. Absolutely the worst experience at Wendy's. Shame on you.

This store is the worst fast food place I have ever been in.
3 people slowly working, 3 other employees sitting down in lobby no care in the world, line taking 30 minutes per order. Absolutely ridiculous
Definitely don't go!
Well I couldn’t tell you how the food was because we left. Stood in line for 10 mins after being the next one up just to have the cashier tell me it would be a minute l. Then the cashier turns around and started watching the drive thru person bag her orders and continued to do this the whole time I was waiting for my order to be taken. She wasn’t doing anything just watching others work from her own little world while the manager hides in back and there’s 3 car pulled up and the DT wrapped around. I am a restaurant manager and this place should be shut down until they can find some help

This place is absolutely disgusting. All the tables/ countertops were dirty and sticky. It looks like no one has attempted to clean this place in at least 6 months. Meanwhile workers are hanging out in the back talking to their friends. Just go through the drive through and avoid going inside or even looking inside.

This raggedy place never opens up on time until 651. The lobby was locked and they open up at 6:30. These people that work here need to tighten the up.

Literally writing this review as I wait on my order! Pulled up to the drive through where I was told it’d be 5 min. for the system to reboot but I could come into the store to order (it’s raining). Said no thanks it’s I’ll just wait. The response back was from a different guy saying “you stubborn huh?” Not sure what to say I said “I am.” Then about 5 min later another voice (female) says “order!”
I know fast food isn’t the easiest, I did it for 7 years! But this was just absolutely ridiculous

I don’t normally do this, but I think it’s important that I shout out the team on November 7 and one exceptional employee Kaylynn ( I hope I didn’t butcher that ) while the manager Patty was a busy yelling , at the employees she kept a smile on her face and her customer service / her team mates (minus the evil manager) was the only reason they received 5 stars ⭐️you guys keep your heads up better days to come …. As for patty you need empathy training ma’am
