The Market at Island Estates

We had a wonderful experience at The Market at Island Estates during our visit! The food was excellent, served quickly, and the location is very convenient — just a short drive from Clearwater Beach.

The market is run by a husband-and-wife team who made us feel so welcomed, even though we were visiting from out of state. Their hospitality really stood out and added to the charm of the place.

They also had a great selection of ice cream at very fair prices, which was the perfect treat after our meal. It was easy to see why this spot is such a favorite among the locals.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The people here are so welcoming, the lady was so kind to help me add sugar to my coffee (that i originally bought from another establishment) i then asked her about the empanadas and she claimed she made THE BEST empanadas. WHICH LEMME TELL YOU BOTH ARE SO GOOD. best i’ve ever had, and im a empanada fanatic, so that says a lot. the empanadas were so good both beef and chicken. i encourage anyone to stop by while they are in the area. good food and good people!

Feels like a hidden gem within a convenience store. The couple behind the counter were awesome, and gave a great story of how they survived the latest hurricanes. Was served promptly. Had a great pastrami sandwich and a great empanada

Best Turkey subs in town! We always come to this shop when we are at the beach.

There's a picture of a Cuban on their front door so I ordered the Cuban and did not receive what was pictured for $13.50 I expected more meat than I got or at least what was pictured on their front door!

Had a chicken bacon ranch sub and it was AMAZING, service was great and I highly recommend checking them out!

When you go into you hope the people are nice. Well this is the place then. Really good food and very nice treated me and my sister like family. And the kids were really cute and funny my sister played with them. Also when the cook (amazing cook) forgot the bacon she still brought some out but a lot. Very sweet makes you feel like family

We had an amazing experience eating here. The food was great and the people treated us like family. This is the kind of place you look for and go back to frequently once you find it.

Best Empanadas in the state of Florida 🥳 Friendly workers

My family and I stopped here for ice cream after visiting the Clearwater Aquarium on March 28th. It was our last night in Clearwater, and I'm so happy we stopped in. The family that runs it are awesome! They're so friendly and fun, and they really give you a good deal at a nice price. It was an excellent way to end our week there, and we will definitely stop in again next year. Thank you! ☺️❤️🍨🍦

Yuri is the best chef in town. Order the breakfast burrito and you won't be disappointed. Great place for quick breakfast or sit down!
