Do yourself a favor and order more cake than you think you will need. This was the best wedding cake I've ever had and I only got one bite! I thought we would have some to take home, but it was all gone! More than one of our guests told me they had two or three slices because it was so tasty. But wait, there is more. Her cake was absolutely stunning. She took a photo from pinterest and ran with it. Absolutely stunning and all in buttercream. Thank you Ericka for knocking it out of the park!!! We will be ordering all the cakes we can from you.

Cake is a serious topic. Ericka at Adela & Co takes cake seriously and BEAUTIFULLY. The product is beyond amazing: artistically stunning & what could be likened to Legal cake crack at the same time?! My husband sampled a cake pop and looked like he was having a breakdown, he hollered "WHAT ARE THESE AND WHY ARE THEY SO GOOD?!"-- this is a man who swears off sugar and it's the devil. Anyway, as right as he may be, the attention to detail and ingredient lives a strong life through Ericka's attention to detail and customizable treats. Highly recommend.
