Andy's Frozen Custard

my granddaughter stopped by like we always do to sneak a ice cream ... anyways on sun,Nov,27 around 1030ish we ordered possibly communication error on both but the treatment is the problem very unprofessional and scary the night manager that's who he identified himself as when I told him the what happened he just stared at me for at least 2 minutes which was very creepy then I tried to hand him back the shake that was made incorrectly which again was no big deal I just don't like chocolate he stated he had to make a new one and that I couldn't give him back the old one due to the policy which I totally understand so he make me a new one I thought everything was okay until he returned and went to hand it to me which if I wouldn't have made a 100% effort not to drop it the way he handed it to me it would have been all over the floor so then it was such a mess when he handed it to me I went to look up to ask for napkins he and he had already shut the sliding glass window and he was just standing behind the windows staring at me again as I motioned for him to open the window so I can get some napkins he just stared and stared and stared which was again creepy and then he just walked away without even assisting me any further again no threatening language was exchanged between him and I if you are an outsider looking in you would have never known there was an issue but the way he just stared at me and my granddaughter was very creepy .. so I tried to call back and ask for the night manager again and asked him what just happened and he told me he can't talk and if I had a problem contact corporate and I was like okay can I have the number and he said you'll find it on our website and he hung up and I'm like stun because this all happened so fast.. so we usually bring 8 to 10 girls softball teams to Andy's after the tournaments and games and we have the parking lot packed we won't be doing that again and if my memory serves me correctly I've had other parents come to me and complain about the same guy at the window when placing orders it's a shame that Andy's would hire such a nine people friendly and such an arrogant person to work in the food industry he is clearly not cut out for this type of work clearly not I don't even know how he made it to manager .. come on Andy's do better than that .. have to find another ice cream stand to hold our softball celebrations at which won't be a problem really... this is the Andy's on Gulf to Bay Clearwater night manager people beware

Sadly their ice cream is curtled. I took my original order back thinking it was bad toppings (key lime), but I traded for fudge and it was nasty as well.

I love andy's! I have been coming here Since this location opened and I am never disappointed with not only the quality of the frozen custard but also service. The employees are always very cordial and kind! They even recognize me as a regular and I appreciate that. My two favorite menu items are the Nutty Waffle Crunch add Strawberries and the Double Double Chocolate Malt. A little pricey but you can taste the difference in quality and worth every cent, in my opinion.

Creamy delicious custard just yummy. Wish they had chocolate sprinkles but the nuts, fudge and caramel cream were delicious. Quick and efficient place.

Went to Andy's for the first time in a long while. When we ordered our usual frozen custard It was like they were already premade or something because it was like instantly she handed me mine first and within another minute the second one. They were already halfway melted and by the time we walked to our car and sat in there to eat them it was like eating milk and cookies. There was no custard or ice cream It was very disappointing. I will say the manager TY was nice and did offer to remake us them right there but it would have been too much to eat another one. She did give us a card for a ice cream sundae which was nice but it would have been better to get a complimentary what we ordered in a chance to come back and get the same thing. Plus she wrote on the card an expiration date that is only a couple weeks away and sometimes we just can't make it there in a couple weeks. So I sure hope when we go over there if it's past the expiration date they don't give us a hard time because we just paid $14 for frozen custard that was like milk. Hopefully they'll get things figured out. The other thing that was a little disturbing was the homeless guy hanging out right next to where you sit and just being kind of strange. I understand some people go through hard times and are homeless but to let them stay there like that just wasn't real not professional. Matter of fact it just the way he was acting like he was definitely on drugs or something made me and my friend very uncomfortable. I mean the guy was wearing a gold mask covering his face and just tweaking out really bad.

How do you tell customers ur out of vanilla ice cream and won't blend any ice cream 30 minutes before close that's crazy. Terrible guest experience. We will never return. Way to make a first impression. I would never let a guest be treated like that at my place of business. What a joke!

Wanted some ice cream but I had to use the bathroom and they don't have a bathroom. Only animals would expect you to use the parking lot.

Not happy at all I got a James brown jackhammer last night I asked for no peanut butter instead add strawberries and like a swap an they still charged me extra then I got it an it was like soup this was my first an last time going I paid 8.50 for not ice cream soup because it was so melted I’m not sure if the Machine was not working properly or what but Dairy Queen is a right down the street an way better very disappointed
