I love andy's! I have been coming here Since this location opened and I am never disappointed with not only the quality of the frozen custard but also service. The employees are always very cordial and kind! They even recognize me as a regular and I appreciate that. My two favorite menu items are the Nutty Waffle Crunch add Strawberries and the Double Double Chocolate Malt. A little pricey but you can taste the difference in quality and worth every cent, in my opinion.
Went to Andy's for the first time in a long while. When we ordered our usual frozen custard It was like they were already premade or something because it was like instantly she handed me mine first and within another minute the second one. They were already halfway melted and by the time we walked to our car and sat in there to eat them it was like eating milk and cookies. There was no custard or ice cream It was very disappointing. It was my first time coming and Martisa was an AMAZING help!!! She was extremely informative and really made it easy especially with 3 kids who were all indecisive and I didn’t know which way to go! She also made great recommendations for not only the toppings but also for rewards and points!! We’ll def be back and we hope to see her again!!!
