Could & Should be Better

We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t very busy. The café is clean and nicely decorated. The staff were nice and attentive. Prices were fair.

I had the corned beef omelet which was on special. It was very tasty and quite large. I could have done without the slice of “plastic” American cheese melted on top. It adds practically no flavor and isn’t worth the calories. The accompanying...

The food was excellent. It is hard to go to a place and find grits that are cooked. Perfect. The cook was excellent. The service was excellent. The waitress was marvelous. The atmosphere is great a small business but big heart and big food. I loved it. Thank you for having me and will be back.

Shelley, you made our day start out right with your super, positive vibe. Breakfast for under 10.00 a person was pretty nice and the 3 pancakes were huge and delicious. The place is clean. Locals go there and we were happy to be among them. Stop by and give this place a try and save a few bucks too. Shelley will have you leaving with a smile. Great little place, great food and EXCELLENT service.
