I went in for the free meal for veterans day. Yes, I knew it would be busy but apparently the management didn't. I immediately noticed at least 5 open tables and yet there were 25+ people waiting for a table. I asked how long the wait was and was told 40 min. It was apparent this location, on McMullen Booth, was NOT properly staffed for this day. We left and went to the Applebee's on US19 and Curlew. It also was very busy but the staff was hustling and there were no empty tables. Waited about 10 minutes and had an excellent meal and service. From reading other comments about McMullen Booth, it appears this location is poorly managed and the staff moral is non-existent. I don't have to eat there to know it's time for new management. Do better Applebee's.

I went out to eat with my family on Saturday night, and the steak tasted sour and like it had been cooked on a dirty grill. My other dish, which was grilled chicken breast, was burnt and bitter. My son refused to eat, we paid the bill, and we had to eat somewhere else. What a shame.

We are visiting from out of town on vacation. We ordered to go to take back to our room. Three cheese, penny pasta chicken had barely any sauce and most of the penne was uncoated. I got the cajun, chicken and sausage.It had no sausage, it had no sauce.Just chicken and penne. I sure as hell won't be going back to applebee's.Anytime soon if this is the type of food you get, they sure.Don't show you that in the commercials.

First Applebees that I came and take 1 hour to get our food this place is ridiculous I can’t believe still on business whit this kind of service not even full restaurant and only 1 server poor customer service and the way the food took probably only 1 person at the kitchen 😡😡😡🤯🤯

Ordered and waited. Knew food would be lukewarm at best and it was. Sent soup back. Bread and roll for sandwiches were hard from sitting. Have gone here for 20+ years. Hopefully this will be the one and only bad experience.

Not enough servers. couldn't understand the waitress. Took over an hour for an appetizer. Food overcooked and terrible. Not worth the wait or the $60 we spent. Very disappointed

Just left this location. I have been a customer for over 10 yrs and in the last 3 months I have used the $10 off $40 coupon that is available for taking the survey. I have always had the 2 for $25 meal and a lunch meal for my son and never had an issue. Today not only was the manager extremely rude saying that I could not use it but also took away my receipt.

Cindy M was our server tonight, she was very attentive, took care of me and my girlfriend…making sure our drinks were filled and the food came out fast. we both got the chicken parm fettuccini (THE CHICKEN IS HUGEEE) so definitely expect delicious leftovers if you order this dish. keep being a great server cindy!

This past Saturday evening we came to this Applebees which typically isn’t our usual choice but wanted to give it a try. We walked in with our four children and wasn’t greeted- instead the blond women at the front straight forward said “it’s a 30 minute wait” we said ok we’d wait. She seemed to of thought because there was a wait we’d just leave. We saw multiple tables clearing out. 3 minutes after her comment on the wait she brought us back to a table. We thought ok maybe she just anticipated people taking longer. We sat in a booth greeted by a friendly waiter (male) and he was extremely nice but over all service on when food came out (we all received our meals except one of us, which ended in the majority of us being finished up before my significant other received theirs) just wasn’t ideal. Multiple things were forgotten throughout the visit. We asked for bbq sauce and they brought out cocktail sauce, so our 12 year olds reaction wasn’t the best. He was apologetic and fixed it.
Just overall not a great experience.

Don't understand how this location still open first was complaint for roaches now the roof and ceiling are falling apart think about all that dirt and insulation falling on the food...
