Went around 10pm on a Friday night - waited 30 minutes to get seats, 30 min for a drink order, 30 min for drinks to arrive, an hr for food - we were there so long I felt like time lost all meaning. They were heavily understaffed. At some point stop letting people in if you can't manage the tables. Other notes - food was so so even for Applebees - beer was crispy good so that's nice. And the waitress handled it all with a smile. The touch tunes was graced with our table playing cumbia and Latin music for like 2.5 hrs so we probably weren't liked by many of the patrons lol. Anyway - would not recommend solely from them being understaffed and overwhelmed- it was our 2nd Applebees we tried to get into that night - the first one had the same understaffed problem. So not isolated to this Applebees. Again everyone was nice, but like 3+ hrs at the 'Bees was waaaay too long.

The absolute worst food, service, kitchen staff, manager waited over 1 hour for food with a under 2 year old and a four year old five adults. Avoid like the plague 5110 East Bay Dr. Clearwater. Some of the food was not eatable, paid over $100.00 the server took one kids meal off the bill WOW....... very sad the server was very apologetic over the whole service. Only saw her 3 to 4 times at best......

Had the Wednesday lunch special $9.99 steak. It was cooked perfectly. We had a group of 6 and the food came out fairly quickly. Once the food was delivered, the server didn't come back for a while. We had to wait to ask for checks. But overall good
