So, I am in a Rehab...not feeling very good! I order a Arby's Sandwich from Uber Eats. This store sent me a completely different sandwich...not even close to what I ordered. How can this be? It makes no sense at all. The process seeking a refund from Uber Eats is cumbersome with a Chat Feature, picture of the item, and the function seems to be outsourced overseas. Well, it's not like I can go to the store to seek a refund. I have ordered numerous times before though Uber Eats from an Arby's store in Pasco and no problem, 100 percent accurate every time. How could any employee make a mistake making the wrong sandwich completely? All you need to do is check your order.

I always get the same sandwich. Today my sandwich tasted old & gross plus there was none of the sweet sauce that's usually on it. Cheese sticks also had an old, bitter taste. I got there a little before 11 so that may have been it. I love beef & cheddar but today, not so much. Do better.

Whenever you arrive, someone is waiting to assist you. Yesterday a guy in the gulf to bay was very friendly and as soon as he saw me he asked me how he could help me and that is vital for anyone who interacts with the public.
Ordered through Uber eats. 1 food was cold 2 missing my apple turnover 3 wrong sandwich 4 missing sauce I had to click on to order. Why ask me what sauce I want. Worst Arby's ever.
