Place is a joke. Can't buy a small cup of pretzel bites even though they have multiple large sitting there. Apparently it's too much of a hassle to pour into a smaller cup. We ended up barely getting anything because of the frustration. I asked the manager why this is the rule and was rudely told, we can wait 6-8 mins for a small cup.
How many bad reviews about the small cups until you all fix it?

The last two times I've been at this locations I've ordered a small nuggets, only to be told they don't have any, even though they have 5+ large orders already prepared. After asking the manager I'm told the smalls go first, and we could wait for them to make a new order, even though they could just divide an order that's already made. After seeing this multiple times now I'm convinced they intentionally don't stock any of the smalls to force customers to purchase the large.

Tried to order a small cup of mini pretzel dogs and was told they only have them in the regular size there's no way they could possibly put them in a smaller cup

Customer walked away with their order only to come back a minute later and tell them it was the wrong kind of pretzel bites. They ended up putting that back into the case and reselling it to the person in front of me (don’t think that meets food safety?). Now if that had happened right at the counter, I don’t think it would be an issue, but the customer completely walked away with it and the food was out of their sight and they sold it to someone else.

Additionally, as apparently other people have experienced, I wanted a small pretzel bites (as a snack for my child) and they had a small pretzel bite sitting in the case though not completely full. They wouldn’t sell a small one and told me a pretzel costs about the same. It wasn’t about the price so much as about I was buying this for a child to snack on and I didn’t want to waste and the pretzel bites are easier to hold and eat for a child. Normally I wouldn’t post about this and only came to post about the first part; however, since I looked and reviews and saw this was an issues for others, I felt it was fair for people to see this might be a common issue.

Menu offers small pretzel bites and location had lots of large and two small ones displayed. When I tried to order the small ones, the cashier told me they didn’t have any. I pointed and said there are two right there, and she says those aren’t full so I can’t sell them. I said well take a couple off of all of the large ones to fill the small ones and you can and she said I’m not allowed to do that. So they we’re forcing people to buy the big ones. Guy directly in front of me had the same situation with the cinnamon one., but then that resulted in a zero tip for them. Dumb move auntie

Pretzels are usually pretty good. I don’t get the hotdog pretzels cause they usually kind of dried out, but this is the pretzel place not a hotdog place. Always smells good walking up and I always get suckered into buying a pretzel so I guess it’s pretty good.. not gourmet food but it sure is tasty when you smell those pretzels to get in the mall.

Went to the mall for other reason yesterday, but wanted to get a drink. I went to Auntie Anne’s since it was close by and ordered a frozen lemonade. It was so sweet, just horrible and not theist quenching.
Anywho, I asked them if I could have a small cup of water as well. They said no! I asked do you have a cup, and a faucet? They said yes but we can’t give free water. I thought that was weird especially since I purchased a frozen lemonade. I bought a bottle and went in with my day. I think not giving water is very odd, especially since I made a purchase, but it was also the delivery. Won’t go back for water…or lemonade at this point! Wish I never left a tip pre water request…

The pretzels are wonderful.

If you enjoy stale pretzels this is the place for you. My kids beg me to go there after school right around 3:00 or 4:00 and the pretzels go straight in the trash. They usually taste like they were made yesterday.
However, if you go on the weekend or evening you will have to wait 15-20min for them to bake whatever pretzel you order. It’s like they are surprised you would like to order a pretzel during peak business hours. Apparently, they struggle with supply & demand.

Great taste, I placed my order over the phone and picked it up.

Manager was not very friendly when saying because receipt machine broken that I would not get my rewards. An apology or more customer service response would be appropriate.

I am very frustrated with this location. On the menu they have large cups and small cups for nuggets. The large is .80 cents more. They only sell the large because they want to make more money. They used to give me the small cup, then they said they couldn’t a few more the ago. 3 weeks ago they said they got in trouble and have to offer the small cups again, I went in today because I’m a store manager of a different store in that mall, i asked a girl at the register for a small cup of nuggets. She explained that they only offer the large. I told her I’ve been coming here the past few weeks and I was told that you guys have to offer the small cups again. She told me it depends who helps you. The customer service is awful and the inconsistency is even worse. I spoke to assistant manager and he told me, yes I could sell you a small cup of nuggets and when I told him the girl at the register said no he said the same thing.. it depends who you ask. I shouldn’t have to argue with them once a week about selling me a small size instead of the large. They are doing this just to get more money out of customers and for the store. Not cool or ok!!! This location is horrible!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and product quality at your countryside mall location for the second time. Despite having four staff members on duty and only a minimal line of customers, the wait time was unreasonably long. Two employees were distracted, interacting with individuals who were not in line, which further delayed service.

Moreover, the food quality was substandard. While my cinnamon pretzel met expectations, the pretzel hotdog was overcooked and dried out. When my companion returned to address this issue, she was offered mini pretzels that were also burnt. Subsequently, she requested a refund.

However, the refund was processed incorrectly, and instead of receiving a refund to my card, another card (ending in 1457) was refunded. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they insisted that they had refunded the correct card and were unable to locate my card in their system. Despite this, my account was charged $13.78, and I have not received a refund for the pretzel hotdog.

This experience is unacceptable, and I am seeking resolution. I expect a full refund for the erroneous charge and assurance that steps will be taken to improve service and food quality at this location. I will be contacting corporate to ensure this matter is addressed appropriately.

Nice location in the mall my daughter and I went to get a hot pretzel and drink before our movie. Fresh. Hot. Yummy. Cashier not too good maybe new. Boone was very friendly just meh. I think it looked clean
