Always look for Aunt Annie's at the mall! My granddaughter and I went out just looking around and went to Clearwater or Countryside Mall instead of Tyrone where we normally go at Tyrone have one on each end of the mall which is fantastic but we went looking for this one and we found it I just love their pretzels with cream cheese! My granddaughter and I split one! Say the calories you know lol!

Daisy was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She took customer orders out of sequence and then when it was my turn she was trying to move so fast she Left items off and wanted to charge me after the fact! She needs to SLOW DOWN!Then when I tried to place an order for a No Salt pretzel, she told me originally it would be 8 mins, when I tried to order after she obviously left it off my original order she said that it would be 20 mins. Of course I'm not going to wait 20 mins for a pretzel when you just told me it would take 8 mins.Owner may need an Adult present because there were a bunch of teens goofing off behind the register. And it wasn't a good look!! But glad my daughter enjoyed her pretzel and drink. ?

Went here last night and was charged twice for a $3 lemonade. Tried to call multiple times and it rings and rings and sounds like a fax number?
Cinnamon pretzels were delicious! Also have drinks and other snacks to choose from the menu.

Pretzels are good, service for me has always been on point. App is good, order ahead and just pick it up no wait. When they give someone a pretzel who just walks up they aren't cutting and they aren't giving preferential treatment, they probably ordered ahead on the app!!!!
