I will never come back here, the employee is racist. He skipped us to help someone else who was behind us because I'm Hispanic and my husband is white. He gave me a burnt pretzel and gave my husband a weird look (dirty look). I'm sick of tired of people being critical and racist.
Service was very bad, I was waiting on my pretzel to come out of the oven. Approximately 7 minutes the young man said. I seen the the guy in the back take them out and prepare one for me, so I thought. I come up to the counter to get it. The young man at the counter goes to hand it to me, when the guy in the back starts yelling at him to give it to some young girl that just walked up and didn't even pay for it. I understand that high schoolers or young adults don't like to work at these places, but I stood at the register for 5 minutes and guy working was sitting on the ground on his phone! He never turned around even after saying excuse me and trying to get his attention. Sadly I left without any food and did not get my pretzel. If you're going to sit on the ground or your phone, at least hide from the public!
