The food here is really good overall. Everything is made to order as far as I can tell which means it's really fresh and still warm when you get it. I did notice that both of the salads on their menu are literally the same, just different meat and dressing, but the toppings are identical. Why not just make it one salad?The service and order accuracy could be better tho. I went with my friends and literally both of our orders were wrong. We waited for 30 entire minutes for our to-go order because they made my friends order wrong at first. It's nice that they noticed before giving it to us, but I think it would have been good to let us know why we're waiting so long. When we got home we realized that both of our orders had stuff missing and it was pretty annoying after having already waited 30 min for them to get it right..

I've recently started eating a lot more salad in attempt to be a little more healthy and Aussie Grill has one of my favorites around. Not only is the Cobb a healthy portion at a good price, it is also ready at lightening speed. Friends have told me they love the chicken sandwiches as well but the Cobb is what keeps me coming back. If I don't have time to stop in, I can even just take a quick trip through the drive thru and they are open late which fits my eating schedule perfectly. If I have any complaint, at really it's no big deal - It's often kind of loud lol A lot of yelling from the kitchen back and forth. If you haven't stopped in you should definitely give them a try!

Ain’t no fast food but is good food!I’ve gotten there chicken sliders before and today it was chicken tenders in mini buns… another customer got a chicken sandwich and it was just chicken tenders on a bun. I don’t believe this is how their food normally comes and when I asked why it looked like this the lady working said “it’s easier to make dis way”

Went there for a late supper around 9:30. When every other place was closed they were open until 11. Atmosphere is like an Outback Steak House, which they're part of. Very pleasant family oriented place, very casual. Staff was nearing the end of their day and was cleaning and straightening up. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. The temperature and humidity which had been wicked during the day, was quite pleasant so I ate at one of the outside tables. Had a Crispy Shrimp Cobb Salad, which was delish, although I missed the bacon crumbles usually found in that dish, but the shrimp was crispy and was not overcooked so overall a very pleasant meal.

Service was excellent, the food was good but I didn’t like the presentation. The knife I was given was dirty and sticky, but it happens with silverware in every restaurant. The place was not very busy for dinner which is strange because the place next door was pretty busy the entire time. I will definitely be back to try something new!

The food isn't as good as The Outback, but what can you expect when it's fast food? The biggest problem is that they put sugary BBQ sauce in almost everything. We'd love to see some alternatives, maybe like Carolina BBQ!The brisket and cheeseburger sliders are excellent. We recommend you pay the upcharge for the onion rings, but pass on the loaded fries: They're good but not exceptional.

Was one of the first customers there for lunch on Saturday. They were just getting ready to serve customers. Lots of areas not yet prepped in terms of drinks (ice) and condiments. Got a burger and it was fantastic. Staff behind the counter helpful as many services items were not out yet. Clean store. Has a drive thru too.
I came to the restaurant last night because it was after 10 and I was craving something small I didn't want a big meal so late. I ordered 2 of the jalapeno BBQ brisket sliders w/fries. The fries we very good. The brisket however was very tough. I ended up taking half of the meat out of the bun and eating it that way. The bun was delicious and the young lady at the take out widow was amazing. I wouldn't recommend the brisket though. I've tried the burgers and there pretty good. I'll try the chicken next.

If you want to come inside the lobby and have to wait 30 minutes after you paid and wait, for you food to only die in the window because they are waiting on fries this is the place to go,I address it with the MOD, and her quick response was we can cancel your order and give you a refund, instead of retaining a valued customer. I was here on Friday June 16 at 9:02pm, and finally walked out with take out order at 9:35pm, the staff really needs a better leader at night because this is one of worst establishments as far as customer service is concerned.

From the moment I was walking into the restaurant I noticed that these employees go above and beyond. One employee was running to give someone their credit card that was left behind in the drive thru before he was too far. Then a “Karen” was not happy with what she ordered (I honestly can’t imagine why, their chicken is SO good) and the team members were very professional and were even communicating on their headsets about correcting the situation. Darius was very nice and made sure everything was great for us! While I love their food (and prefer it over their competitor next door) I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness, which is why I chose to write this review. You don’t see this very often anymore.

My husband and I had never heard of Aussie Grill when we first moved here but decided to give it a try. Our first experience seriously could not have been better, we will keep coming here again and again. Cherry was the most kind and generous manager we’ve ever encountered. We mentioned we’d never been before and she essentially said SaY nO MorE and gave us a complete run down of the menu, their specials, and even let us spin a cute wheel for a free treat. The service was so fast, the staff was so happy and helpful, and the food was DELICIOUS. The portions are generous and the meat is so so tasty. Much better than Chick-fil-A. And get this, once we had started enjoying our food Jessica (who is also a manager) came out and brought us ANOTHER fresh sandwich same as the one I had ordered. She informed us that it was because the first one was not representative of how they like their sandwiches to look in presentation… And let me tell you, it looked exactly like the ones on the posters outside. Aussie Grill Clearwater, you’ve outdone yourself! Your staff is amazing and we so appreciated them going above and beyond for us❤️ It made our day.

Absolutely the worst cheeseburger I've ever had . How these burgers got voted best is beyond me. This is not an exaggeration; this burger was literally the worst cheeseburger I have ever had. It in no way was flame broiled (it tasted more like it was steamed), it looked nothing like the pictures on the menu and it tasted even worse. This place is absolutely an outrage! Threw most of it away after 2 bites. I should have demanded a refund and a bucket to vomit in. I give this a -10. Stay far away from this joint - it is absolutely horrific!
