At first, we felt a little slighted when the table behind us received their food well before us even though they had been seated after us. Apparently, our server seemed to think we wanted her to bring the main course after we had eaten our salad. So even after this, some time had passed. I then went to find the server to inquire about the food. As I did so I saw what appeared to be our meal sailing past me to our table. I followed.

We were not disappointed....

Nice experience. Came here regularly when we lived in Clearwater. It has improved significantly. Beautiful space inside and out. Great outdoor space on the ICW. Good service at the bar. Chicken parm sandwich was great and a good value. Free valet parking. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Backwaters! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server, Rick, made the evening truly special. His recommendations were spot-on, and his attentive, friendly service added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place and be sure to ask for Rick!
