In addition there is a serious lack of security, highlighted recently by vendors getting robbed in broad daylight. Avoid events here for your sanity and safety.

We used Banquet Masters for off-site catering at our September 2024 wedding with around 100 guests, and we were impressed! Their pricing was better than anywhere else we researched, and the food quality exceeded our expectations.
We chose the Grand Buffet option, which included FOUR passed hors d'oeuvres, a cheese and cracker grazing table, full salad bar, dinner rolls, FOUR buffet entrees, and a side dish, all at a fantastic price per person. Their menu has a lot of variety, so we were easily able to accommodate different dietary needs. We ended up having a vegetarian, seafood, chicken, and pork entrée option, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was (and no one left hungry!)
One of the biggest bonuses was that, even with off-site service, Banquet Masters provided all the linens, silverware, and plates. Steve was also great to work with, easygoing, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.
Overall, we highly recommend Banquet Masters for your catering needs. Great value, excellent service, and truly delicious food!

The staff that worked our event last night was FANTASTIC. Super helpful and personable and made the event so fun. The big issue though is the air conditioning. The whole building was so hot, we might as well have been outside! Also I noticed our room was running off mini splits which are incredibly efficient and inexpensive to run. So why couldn't our room be comfortable? I did ask staff to have the temperature turned down and I saw one mini spilt come on but it was still brutal.

Banquet Masters’ facility is very functional for large events, but the food served there is horrible. Over-cooked chicken, slimy salmon and tough roast beef is the specialty, along with poor selection of salad items and vegetables. The dessert table is mediocre. I’ve been at many functions at this facility and it never ceases to amaze me how this place continues to exist.
