Not impressed. The food was lacking, nothing great and nothing better than what I could do at home. When we walked in we were told to sit anywhere, 5 mins later STILL no one came to even greet us. So we moved to the bar and was served by what looked to be the only person working and not standing around. My husband ordered a margarita at $12 which was awful tasting. ALSO, the bathroom was very dirty and the curtain thing they had below the sink was broken and on the floor. Overall, not interested in going back.

Excellent service like none ever. They really took it up 5 notches, new uniforms are beautiful, can't wait to come back! Not sure what happened, new management? Previous few times were great as well, but watching these girls go tonight was amazing! Keep it up!

McKenzie was great! The happy hour specials made shopping at the mall fun and rewarding! The martinis were 1/2 price for Happy Hour and the appetizers were very affordable! The Clover martini was phenomenal!!!! Highly recommend it for Happy Hour!!

I was at the bar for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and the bartender was short and seemed too busy for me. I’m sorry but if you’re too busy for a customer you are in the wrong business. The place was at a 25% capacity while I was there. And she probably expects a20% tip. Customer service has become so hard to find these days.

My alumni association had an event at Bar Louie that I helped to host and I was so happy with the service we received. The manager came over to introduce himself to us and our server was amazing!!!! She took our orders promptly, always noticed when a new guest came to our group and I could not have asked for better service. Also... the food was bomb!! We had pretzel bites, quesadillas and flatbreads and it was all amazing. I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to host a party or to even come for dinner!

Clean, friendly staff, great food. Drinks are reasonably priced for location. Let the wife go shopping while you get hammered at the bar! Has a smoking patio as well.

Long explaination of why bread was only available during certain times. Pasta was very "soupy" w/ very little meat. Waiter finally did bring some bread. Waiter recommended the Voodoo pasta, but took most home to add meat & veggies. my friends gastroburger was great

Stopped in for brunch. Anthony was our server and he was fantastic! Highly recommend the Effen good martini. Anthony is a great server and bartender!!! Will definitely be back!
Been there 2 times, only complaint; I ordered the burger with the fried egg and requested the egg to cooked sunny side up. Both times the egg was way over cooked. Being a retired chef,it is not that difficult to cook a sunny side up egg. The whole concept of this burger is a runny yolk. Other than that, the food and drinks were good. Will gladly return, will just be sure to order different burger. Our server must have been new, although very nice didn’t get our order correct, I also wanted to mention my dining companions ordered the burgers with the onion straws; when the server brought them they were all the ones with a fried egg, taken back to kitchen, they were returned within 6 or 7 minutes. As I mentioned being a retired Chef, I know a mid well takes a little longer to cook. So it was obvious they just scraped toppings off and served the same burger!

Well this is a busy place and at the mall so parking can be limited, I have to say I had one of the best burgers I've had in a long time here! The mixed drinks and Cocktails are also quite delightful. The customer service was very intuitive and we had a great time. I was really surprised how good that burger was! I might come back again to try it and maybe a few more of the cocktails!
