I think the owner should know about his stuff. There is a lady she’s blonde have a green eyes. She’s very rude. She should be educate how to deal with the customer. She have zero customer service and she was yelling talking in very bad way with me The only bad thing that I have done with her, ask her nicely to get two scoop of a chocolate ice cream and then she started yelling, staring me in a bad way she should be fired

Absolute worst service. They asked me to pull forward to wait for 1 scoop of ice cream then forgot about me. I had to go in to get it and they had no relection that I had ordered. No apology, nothing. Don't ever go here, worst service!

Ordered a double scoop and served the smaller amount I have ever experienced. Will never go back again yo this location

I ordered a large hot latte at the window and received a large hot black coffee. Went inside the store to get a latte, server asked if I would like anything in my latte and I answered no thank you. When I am driving away the latte is loaded with sweetener. I would not recommend this Dunkin! I have never experienced this before at a Dunkin!

Went there to get an ice cream cone. The outside was filthy; I’m looking trash cans, full, inside was not much better. They did not have waffle cones. Most of the ice cream buckets were empty and the ones that did have ice cream had freezer burn on it we walked out.

Got served by Rocky. Was polite and helpful. He got my daughter exactly what she wanted with a smile. Honestly I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. I usually show up after 6pm and it’s been fine. It’s not busy. The traffic around it is a nightmare though but that’s not the employees problem.
Rocky gave us excellent service! He was friendly, informative, helpful, and efficient despite working alone in the store. I think we found our new ice cream shop!
