Went there to get an ice cream cone. The outside was filthy; I’m looking trash cans, full, inside was not much better. They did not have waffle cones. Most of the ice cream buckets were empty and the ones that did have ice cream had freezer burn on it we walked out.

Got served by Rocky. Was polite and helpful. He got my daughter exactly what she wanted with a smile. Honestly I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. I usually show up after 6pm and it’s been fine. It’s not busy. The traffic around it is a nightmare though but that’s not the employees problem.

Both employees were high. Said they had no hot fudge, yet signs everywhere said HOT FUDGE. Ordered a banana split, employee wanted to put it in a cup, finally found a bowl and this is what it looked like. I barely made it to the table when it fell..As we were outside leaving, he said I could have cleaned it up.

Filled trash can, and dirty parking lot, PB&j ice cream horrible left a bad taste, also the caramel turtle truffle, chocolate peanut butter flavors all gritty and thrown out... This place is a mess, and the franchisee should be ashamed...

Went there on a lunch break. The staff said they didn't have a flavor that was on display and took forever. The lemon sorbet was good until I found a bug in it, which wasnt suprising because there wereultiple flying around. Not gonna be returning to baskin or that dunkin.

They didn't have no sugar added pineapple coconut ice cream but it was on their online menu.. Nothing sugar free. Not a good place for Keto or diabetics to get ice cream.
Always great ice cream, but they will charge you for a glass of water even though you are paying a lot for the ice cream. That's insane! Also, slow service. Not impressed with anything but the ice cream!

I chose Baskin Robbins as my go to for 2 ice cream cakes. My first was for my husband's Birthday in which i used the Baskin Robbins app and placed and online cake order with the option to upload a photo of me and him to mark this occasion. I chose white cake with chocolate chip cream and a blue border with special instructions to write Happy Birthday to him in Spanish. I have to say i was very very impressed with the person in charge of making my cake. It turned out beautifully, it was perfect and the photo came out wonderful. The second cake was a seasonal to mark Valentines Day and i went with the Two cone Heart shaped cake with chocolate as the flavor of the cake and the Love potion ice cream which i can only describe as Chocolate chunk Black Raspberry. I had the phrase Te Quiero Mucho written on the sides of the Heart. I can only describe these cakes as works of Art. These cakes are no easy task but this person who did mine out did all my expectations and more! I will continue to order ice cream cakes from here for in the future and if anyone has doubts about how a cake would turn out custom made i will post the photos for you to see.. Keep up the good work and For the person who i wish I knew your name who did my cakes , You Are AWESOME ?❤️

I’m a manager at autozone across the street from this location I went there and the smoothie was terrible and I asked to get some thing else instead the manager Blanca was very rude and denied my request saying this is not Starbucks her attitude was foul I can tell she hates her job.And I will be reaching out to corporate Because as a manager, the customer should always come first Instead of being rude and nasty for no reason and for that reason, I would never return there Hopefully the corporate office has better attitude.
