So today me and my husband came to this Baskin-Robbins location. I was super excited because I have never ate there before and I’ve always wanted to. walked in. Just looking at ice cream flavors was so happy to be there and I have never in my life, seen an employee be so rude for no other reason that I ordered ice cream and was in a good. She looked at me as if I ordered a mc double. I wish I would’ve got her name, but the absolute disgusted look on her face and attitude in her voice makes me wonder why she still has a job there. Hopefully your restaurant will stay in business because if that young lady if that’s what you wanna call it gets to keep her job, you’re gonna lose all your customers God bless

would give this 0 stars if i could. ice cream was crap didn’t even purchase anything as a result of the service and atmosphere and taste combined. they had 0 waffle cones and 8 sugar cones. not to mention the lady could even squeeze the hot fudge out of the bottle. even though it was on the menu above. ghetto do not go here.

Rushed us while ordering even when they weren’t busy. This location is always “out of everything” I understand with Covid some places are low on supplies but even before Covid this location has been terrible. They’ve even yelled at Uber Eats drivers while I’ve been in here or I hear about it from Uber Eats drivers. So sad.

Change your advertised hours if they are not what you follow! Truth in advertising! Also, watch your step walking toward the entrance as it is always covered in garbage and rat traps in full view. Disgusting image which I fortunately will never have to look at again!

Went there this evening at 7:30 and we were told that the ice cream was not available as on Sunday they close it down to clean the cooler. What the heck is that all about. After reading all of the reviews I now understand just how poorly run this location is. And judging on the lack of responses to the reviews it is obvious that management/owners could care less.

Please don’t go to this store and try to get the non-dairy ice cream because they do not care if the dairy ice cream gets all mixed in with it. Dairy allergies are very serious and they should take it more seriously.

This Baskin Robbins was just gross. We asked for toppings: m&ms or sprinkles, anything... and he said ALL of the toppings were old and he didn't recommend them... they were out of chocolate and Reeses.Asked for a spoon and a bunch of the plastic was coming off of it and it clearly had food or something stuck on it. I literally wanted to just throw away the ice cream after we left. After a few bites we did. The employee was friendly but the place just seemed dirty. Get some fresh toppings and give the place a good scrub down!

Walked in around 7:50 after dinner at Poblanos with a few other people. The employees did not greet us when we entered, we stood there for 15 seconds before a male employee with glasses and a garbage beard told us only that they close in a couple minutes. Then a second worker came up (female) and asked us “what do you want and how much?” We got nothing and left, we will never return. I hope this was just a bad experience and that not all the workers are that lazy and rude, especially in an economy where businesses need customers to drive business and survive. If I could give lower than one star, I would. As a business owner myself, the last thing I would ever do is drive away business like that. I hate leaving these negative reviews for that reason, but that shouldn’t be stood for.

Went to the drive-thru at 9:45 p.m. your hours said that you closed at 10:00 p.m. and nobody was there the store was closed. I even walked up to the door to check your store hours and it strictly said you closed at 10:00 so I am absolutely confused as to why I drove to your location to a closed business. Extremely unprofessional and just makes me feel like the staff wanted to leave obviously not a good place to go
