This place has great service and food! The eggs Benedict breakfast with the fruit bowl was so filling. After breakfast, we unexpectedly got locked out of our car. The lady from the staff was incredibly helpful, actively trying to help us solve the problem until we figured it out. Thank you!!Parking: It's a small plaza with plenty of parking spots.

Hands down the best eggs benedict I've had in the Tampa Bay/Pinellas area. The poached egg was perfect, the hollandaise sauce was creamy and smooth. We'll be back, and I hope this wasn't just a one-off experience, because I think we've found a new breakfast joint!

I landed in Clearwater about 18 months ago and I'm still looking for "my breakfast place". Well friends, this ain't it. :-(I went in hopeful and with an open mind. It was Saturday, late morning. I expected it to be busy, but right from the start, I was questioning my choice.1. Keep expectations of cleanliness low. (Empty sugar packets were stuck to the bottom of the ketchup bottle. Gross) The table and booth seats still had food on them when we were asked to be seated. We stood there awkwardly and waited while the server retrieved a dirty towel to barely wave it over the seats and table.2. Don't expect napkins if you ask for some.3. Expect to pay too much for a breakfast sandwich that doesn't come with anything else. Just a single thin slice of tomato, 1 slice of cheese, and 3 thinly slices of overly ripened (brown) avocado on a bagel served all by itself on a plate. Not a good value for almost 10 bucks. ?4 & 5. Don't expect a refill of coffee until you finally are ready to leave & expect to be "held hostage" waiting for the check while the staff are outside having a smoke break. A strange dichotomy.I hope management can accept my comments in the spirit of areas that can be improved.Sadly, I won't return and I still haven't found my breakfast place. ?

Very much like a family diner. Service was very fast and I felt like I had been dining here for years-but it was my first time. I gave the food 4 stars because the sandwich was very greasy. However it was super delicious nonetheless. I will go back and try other items.

Met with some family for breakfast at Benedict’s. The place wasn’t too busy, and we were seated immediately. We ordered a variety of entrees, and they all were delicious. From the Greek omelet to the cinnamon roll French toast to the traditional benedicts, we had no complaints! Service was excellent and our waitress was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Prices were reasonable too. We will definitely be back, and would recommend this place!

The perfect hole in the wall local breakfast joint. The prices are fair and the food is delicious! The only place cheaper would be the waffle house or a McDonald's breakfast.Parking: The parking lot is small and shared between several other businesses, luckily, in the morning hours its never hard to find a good parking spot but it has been tricky parking with a truck in the past when they have a semi truck parked in the middle unloading deliveries
