Today was my first time trying. I pre-ordered online and I admit it was a larger order (5 pizzas) for an 11:30 pick up. I didn’t not pay attention to the opening time of the store and that is on me. However, communication prior to my arrival to inform me that 11:30 would not be feasible for an order of my size would’ve been greatly appreciated as I waited there for 30 minutes during my lunch hour. In addition, it would be best practice to not allow pick up times prior to noon to ensure orders are complete at the correct time.
4 of the 5 pizzas were done correctly and spoken highly of. The vegans in my group were so grateful to get to eat pizza with us for a change. However, the individual with a gluten allergy who ordered the Cauliflower crust GF honey goat cheese received a regular crust pizza with tomato and mozzarella base with honey goat cheese as toppings. They were unable to eat. I called back when the work day was done and requested a manager call me back and have yet to hear from them nor was there any real way to get in contact with the owner. No email is listed on the website so perhaps this review will help me get in contact with someone who can help me out.

We have gluten allergies. We are out of town guests that were looking for a place to get good pizza that would accommodate our allergies. We came in and ordered two pizzas one of which was the buffalo chicken. Since we were ordering a gluten free pizza we assumed that the proper accommodations to the rest of the recipe would follow as all restaurants do. We were shocked to see that our pizza had fried chicken on it which is not gluten free. I walked back in and was approached by the man that took our order saying that we need to state that we needed to put grilled chicken on the pizza. I was taken back by the attitude of the employee. I explained to the employee that we ordered a gluten free pizza because of allergies and were unable to eat the pizza they had served us. He then responded again with okay you needed to explain that when you ordered. I looked at him and he said well I guess we can remake it but next time you need to be specific about the way you order it. When ordering a gluten free pizza you need to ensure that all the ingredients gluten free otherwise it is NOT a gluten free pizza.

The pizza was ten inches, very small look like something from a seven eleven 7/11 convenience store. Sorry guys mistake getting wrong size pizza and was told come back he make right. Hate say it, taste like it's dozen and even with free pizza I'll pass. Off to next spot. Wings where under sizes and $2. Per wing wasn't worth it too. I pass this and get Pizza Hut or Papa Johns over this spot.

My fiancé and I absolutely love going to this place. Not only do they have dairy free cheese, but the vegetables they use are really fresh and remind me of my hometown of New York City. You can't beat the taste, price, or the friendly faces. they even told me they went to the trouble of putting my pie and a special slicer to avoid cross-contamination, which is something that vegans like me really care about. Thank you RYT!!! PS- I really wanted to photograph the whole beautiful pizza, but it smelled way too good to wait to eat.
