Came here to watch the Duke/Baylor game during March madness and the wait staff said the sound couldn’t be put on because it would be against the establishments best interest. In the meantime they were blaring music that the wait staff preferred. So to me this “establishment” is all about their waitstaff’s interest not the customer’s. KYLIE NEEDS TO FIND A NEW ESTABLISHMENT AND TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING CLASS! Our food was wrong and we were brought the check without asking if we wanted another beer. The specials listed in the brewery are still plastered on the wall but are no longer applicable. FYI OHHHHH AND KYLIE IS SARCASTIC AND RUDE!

Would not eat here again. Came here with my family after a graduation. We were initially excited to get some food and some beverages. I will say, the quality of the food is less than stellar. This place used to have good food and good service. Not anymore. Would not recommend eating here. Sandwiches are premade. I’m assuming the chicken is frozen, based on the quality and the breading just falling off the chicken. Typically breweries that offer food have amazing selections and amazing execution. One waitress seemed more with it than the other but maybe it was her first day. The burger came out with no cheese, as did the Nashville hot chicken. I’m giving a 2 solely based on the beverages. Save your money on the food, drink the beer and get yourself some Wendy’s.

If it was not for our amazing server, this probably would be lower stars. I hope he could tell we really didn't want to complain as we knew it was not his fault. The food which for our group size came out pretty quick. However, the food was fried in a very hot frier which allowed the breading to burn and fall right off. Thankfully the chicken was cooked all the way. In general all the food was subpar. When this place opened the food was really good. It was not just about the beer but the food. If you go here it is for the beer.

good service the food is under cooked or over cooked the mac n cheese don’t get it so under cooked fries are good but not the food food don’t get it

Enjoyed their Bramosa IPA and several other beers and mixed cocktails that our party had. The chicken wings were very good and ended up being a great hang out.

A member of bar staff was rude and dismissive so we decided to get dinner elsewhere, won’t be returning

Horrible company do not support, not only is the kitchen area VERY dirty and they do not follow proper cleaning procedures & I wouldn’t support this company because they literally steal money from Disabled children, to fund their un profitable big storm business, - a big storm at the court office 🤣🤣🤣 now going bankrupt from stealing from children LMAO

We stopped by Big Storm with some friends after an event in Largo. We are avid brewery people and we frequent them a lot. We sat for 20 minutes without service. We went in three separate times to ask about service and were told they’d be outside to serve us. The third time we asked we were met with an extremely rude response. It looks they were slammed with a staffing issue. After 20 minutes we had to get up and leave. The bar area was disgusting with menus and random crap everywhere. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry so I know how it can be but to be ignored for 20 minutes was insane. We will NEVER be back.

Great beer, atmosphere and service. Didn’t get to try the food, but the menu had good options.

Horrible customer service, rude staff and crappy beer. Stay away. Spend your money where they will appreciate you as a valuable customer.

Don't normally share reviews, but first time to this location. The beers are great personal fav is Bromosa, however the buffalo chicken sandwich is no crap write home about. Quailty of meat, amount of sauce, friedness, and coleslaw is a fantastic mix, will definitely order again!
