Athena was our server. She was excellent. The food was delicious.

It was great! The food was very delectable. The cost was low and the food was plentiful. We ended up having to get boxes for only two items because we couldn't finish it all. The wings were amazing and the Alfredo was great. Service was amazing and the ambiance was quite pleasant.

I used to really like coming here because the food is good but over the last few months the quality of service has TANKED. Every time I come at night, my food is always cold, it always takes an absorbent amount of time to even get a water, and the servers don’t check up on you ever. I don’t know if this is because im a teenager and they are treating me like this because of the stigma of teenagers not tipping but the service truly lacks here and its so unenjoyable that most of the time I just order takeout and eat in the parking lot.

I had such a great experience thanks to Julia! She was absolutely awesome, so attentive and detail-oriented. I dined in and also placed a to go order, and she went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. She even put the sauce on the side so my food wouldn’t get soggy when I got home. Throughout my meal, every time she passed by, she checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. Even when I felt like I might have been asking a lot, she handled everything with kindness and professionalism.

It’s rare to find service like this these days, and I truly appreciate Julia going above and beyond to make the experience so enjoyable. BJ’s is lucky to have her!

Great service and food

Walked in at 6:05pm this past Saturday 9/20/25. Was told the wait time would be 10-15 min. As I looked around and saw easily 10 tables open, I asked why the wait and was told they didnt have enough staff for the whole restaurant and had to wait until more employees came in. Once seated, waitress came to us to which I asked about the temp so hot, she informed us the A/C was out and waiting for repair. Menu showed 5 options of cider but was out of the 1st 1 I requested. That was strike 3, we left. Shame on you BJ's. You must do better, this is a Saturday dinner time and your connected to a mall. No excuses!
