Boardwalk Pizza & Gyros

My mother and I ordered a delivery to try this place for the first time tonight. The food was tasty. The wings were delicious. The Stromboli was pretty good. I’ve had better but it was pretty good. The loaded fries were very small. They got our order 100% correct and the food arrived nice and hot except for the fries. I would order from this place again because they are close to home, and the food was pretty good. The woman that took my order over the phone was very polite and on point. The prices are very good and reasonable. The wings were my favorite. The only complaint would be the small amount of fries, and the Stromboli was not packed all the way through. Most of the meat and cheese was in the center. I would give them a second chance. Not a bad place to order from, especially for the prices.

The guy taking orders is slow I had to tell him three times what I wanted, and he still got it wrong. I won't go back.

UPDATE: I called to make sure that they had pizza by the slice and I asked what slices were currently available and they listed off seven choices. When I got there not even two minutes later (I was already in the parking lot- I called to make sure they had what I needed before getting all the kids out of the car), they only had one slice of supreme left and that was it out of the seven choices the lady listed on the phone. There is no way they sold 6 other pies in 2 minutes like the owner just stated in their response. They should not be saying that they have pizza by the slice currently and ready for pick up when they don’t. I had to drag all my kids out of the car to go in to find out they had no pizza available by the slice. I couldn’t wait 15-30 mins for them to make a fresh pie when I had all my kids and a hour past dinner time. Yes, it was nice the owner offered but that is besides the point. When you call to confirm that they have what you need 2 minutes prior and you walk in and it’s not what they told you…that is the issue I have. Don’t “lie” to get the customer in the door. This will be the first and last time I walk through their door.

Got a great slice of Meatlovers pizza to go.

Pizza is great...have ordered several times over the years. Website is very clunky and difficult to use. Delivery is terrible...It used to be good. I ordered a cheese pizza. 1.5hrs later, it arrived cold and clammy. Had to heat up in my over...I mean, not warm, cold!! I live in Safety Harbor, so not very far. With so many options for good pizza around here, if you can't deliver a hot pie in a reasonable amount of time, stop doing delivery.

Not professional you call in to place an order so you don't have to wait but instead when you get there the order is not ready and then they put it in messing around with people's time not professional defeat the purpose of placing the order

My first time here and so happy I found this place!! The Pizza was fantastic, loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly . We also got free garlic knots with our order and they are delicious too. We will def be back. Thank you
