Bang bang shrimp were cold and soggy. Hollandaise sauce was missing from the Special grouper dish after eating half my meal I was finally able to flag down waiter and was told oh yes they're out of the sauce! It was dry as a bone $32 for dry fish.

I wish our experience had been better. I've always had wonderful food at Bonefish and this time it was just ok. Our server Zack was great, overworked, friendly and very helpful. I had the wahoo partner special and the portion was tiny, overcooked, hardly any crab and a bit bland. It's a tough restaurant market and it seems Bonefish has slipped a bit in value. It wasn't worth the price.

Our experience for my mother's birthday was a total disaster. All four entrees arrived cold, including two lobsters served without butter. When the butter finally arrived, it was cold too. They remade one meal, yet it returned just as cold as the first, and the staff didn't even bother to check back. Service was painfully slow from start to finish; even a simple brownie dessert took forever to arrive. This was an extremely disappointing experience for a celebration. I will never go back and strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you want slow service and cold food My parents like to come to this place, however, every time the experience is worse than the time before.  even the manager was useless.

Bonefish has had my loyalty for over 2 decades now, and my curbside order tonight only deepened it! I noticed 15 minutes before my pickup time that I messed up my order, so I called to see if it could still be fixed. I spoke with a Savannah on the phone, who was super kind and understanding. Without hesitation, she consulted with her manager Michael, who went above and beyond to accommodate! Thank you so much, both of you, for providing such superior and authentically human service. You two were truly the cherry on top today on our wedding anniversary! Can't wait for our next visit to the Clearwater Bonefish Grill ❤️

Food came out cold pork chops were tough Sent 3 out of 4 dinners back thankfully they compt them for a Friday night place was empty and other tables were sending food back..never had this experience there before...probably new kitchen help we will give a few weeks and try again

We got off to a rocky start at this location in Palm Harbor. Upon arrival the hostess asked if we had a reservation. We stated no but it was my Mothers birthday celebration. Hostess stated they were very busy to take a seat in lobby. We only waited for about 5 minutes and most of the tables were unattended and not taken.
They sat us in a table that had a very sunny view so we asked to have a booth. The hostess told us that all the booths were reserved for people with reservations.
We felt almost like leaving because the hostess did not want to give us a booth.
The food and service was good after that. But hostess was not friendly or accommodating.

Was not thrilling. Had a gift certificate to use up. Don't like restaurant chains. Mystic Fish is so much better.
I was excited to learn that Bonefish had a special offer of Wahoo fish on their menu. It tasted like pressed cardboard that had been overly grilled. Our nice waitress retrieved 2 new pieces of wahoo that were lightly grilled and raw in the middle. We asked for our check and left, never to darken their door again. Very disappointed in Bonefish.

I like going there and having the bang bang shrimp this time I ordered the filet mignon was pretty nasty a chunk of fat hanging on the side of it 😞 I have never eaten a filet mignon with fat on the side like that I don't even think it was filet mignon very disappointed I went to e&e steakhouse had a real steak delicious.

My friend and I decided to try something new and landed on this Bonefish Grill location. The free bread was wonderful and they took our orders very quick. Everything came out really fast and looked great. We ordered the bang bang chicken as an appetizer and it was a great start to our experience! We both ordered the half pound burger with bacon and avocado and it was delicious and was pretty big! Our host Victorya and our waitress Alina were very kind and did their job perfectly, props to them 🙌
